Your POV
"Lei, what are you doing here?" I ask.
"I want to surprise you. Let's go on a date." You smile.
"Hm? You're really sweet. But I'm a bit busy." I pout.
"How can you be busy?" He chuckles.
"Oh, you know. Assignments, projects, etcetera." I lie.
"Come on~. Just for today? Hm?" He pleaded.
"Ugh, fine." I couldn't help but smile wider because of his attitude today.

"Shancai? Ah-Si?" I mutter.
"Oh? Lei? Y/N?" I wave at Si and smiled at him.
"Oh, great! Let's have a double date, right?" Si awkwardly says.
"Um, you both set this up don't you?" I smirk.
"You are so smart. I hate it." He pouts again.
"Okay! Guys, where do y'all want to go?" Si asks.
"Oh! I want to go on there!" I point at a very scary rollercoaster ride. But it didn't scare me.
"But, Y/N! That looks dangerous!" Lei whines, cutely.
"Oh, come on. I'm here." I linked my arm with his and pulled him to the queue.
"Shancai? Aren't you scared?" I heard Si asks.
"Ha? Me? Scared? Pshh! I'm scared of your face." I turn behind and saw Si burning red.
I held in a laugh and looked at Lei. He looked very pale.

That ride was scary. To be honest. But he was there. So, it didn't matter to me.
"I almost died." He mutters.
"Awe, my poor baby." I pout and squeeze his cheeks.
"Ew, guys! You two are too cheesy. Lei! Where did the old you go?" Si whines.
"Sorry! The old Lei can't come back now!" He smirks.
"Okay, you guys wait here. While me and Shancai get some food." Si says.
"Wha-" Shancai starts.
"I'll come." I smile at Shancai.
"But Y/N~" Lei whines. I smiled to myself.
"I'll be back." I chuckle.
"You and Lei are the cutest. I wish me and Shancai can be like that." Si frowns.
"Oh, don't be sad. Me and Lei have gone through a lot. Look, where we are now." I say.
"You're right." He mutters.
We ordered the food and got it minutes after. Then, we returned with the food.
"Hey, gladly you are back. I missed you." Lei hugs me.
"It only passed a few minutes, Lei." I smile.
"I don't care. You were still gone." I smiled a lot more.
When I look up, I saw Shancai almost in tears. Does she like him? Probably not. It can never happen.
