-Sophie's POV-

You all know that school is hard, right? Just me? Well, imagine school multiplied by 420. Heh... Whoop! Anyway! That's how hard it is trying to convince someone that there was an animal that was huge in their life and they existed and they don't remember them. Yeah..... according to Robuscus or Gustus, whatever his name is, there was a scaly creature that erased the memory of Noah. Thank God Yogustus remembered, or Noah would go down as the cat that no-one remembered.....actually, no-one would remember that......so they couldn't put him down for that......Oof....

"Toby, one of our twin policies is to never lie to each other," Kityan reminded.

"Kityan, I'm not lying to you! Why can't you believe me?!" Tobuscus asked.

"Yeah, listen to Toby!" Sophie said.

"Only I can call him that," Kityan said.

"Maybe we should focus on catching the creature," Willow suggested.

"We need the full Detective Gang," Tobuscus explained.

"Why? For all we know, they could be scheming a plan to erase the memories of you, or me, or everyone!" Willow explained.

"Good point, Willow. No wonder you went to Harvard," Sophie said.

Willow chuckled.

"What can I say?" Willow asked.

"I graduated high school before 30, guys! Whoop! 27! In cat years of course!"

Tobuscus and Kityan exchanged faces. It went quiet.

Did I say something wrong? Probably easily offended.... I don't think I actually said anything offensive though...

"Anyway, I guess Willow's right," Tobuscus blushed, "we-we should find the guy. Sorry, Kityan, Jasper, Aspen, and Pin, you guys will have to wait!" Tobuscus announced.

Kityan shook her head as Tobuscus, Willow, and Sophie walked away.

"Where are we exactly going?" Sophie asked.

"I don't know," Tobuscus whispered, "just keep walking until we get out of Kityan's sight. She'll think we might not be crazy if she sees us actually going somewhere."

"Why don't we go to the Town Hall? We could put a poster up on the bulletin board of the guy you saw, and ask around if anyone had seen him," Willow suggested.

"That would be a good idea if he didn't erase the memories of him and Noah," Tobuscus reminded.

"You can re-see him though. He didn't blind every one of him, just the memory of him going up the tower and setting off that memory loss explosion."

"How can you be so sure?" Tobuscus asked.

"Because... Noah taught me that," she answered.

It was silent for a second.

"Noah used to fiddle around with memory stuff. He tried to get rid of the memory of the divorce of our parents for Sophie and me," she added.

"But you remember the divorce still, right?" Tobuscus asked carefully.

"I do... but our surroundings quickly re-taught us about the divorce.... we had to go through the divorce again.... which sucked... sucked so bad that Noah stopped messing with the memory loss tech he was using... he told us he'd never do it again..."

Dang, that did suck... still sucks....

"I'm sorry to hear that," Tobuscus said, "but, are you telling me that if we show a picture of the 'thing' everyone will slowly remember?"

"Exactly."

Tobuscus placed his paw on her shoulder.

"Let's do this. For Noah."

That was kind of sweet... the way he looked at her like she was newly baked lasagna.... mmm... man, I'd do anything for some lasagna right now...

"Since I'm the only one who semi-remembers this guy's appearance, I will do the drawing," Tobuscus said.

"No heck, Sherlock!" Sophie yelled.

Doofus...

The three of them grabbed some paper at Tobuscus' house, and sat down at a nearby park bench.

"So, what did he look like?" Willow asked.

"Green and scaly. Like a dragon... but he had no tail. He had a beak instead of a muzzle. The rest of him was covered by a brown cloak," Tobuscus explained, quickly drawing away at the paper.

"Hmm... never heard of a creature like that before..." Willow said.

"Yeah, hold on."

Tobuscus scribbled more colors and then held up the poster to Willow.

"You're lucky I have such a great photographic memory," Tobuscus said proudly.

"Ew," Sophie said, "it looks like my guinea pig after he ate my 2-week-old lasagna."

The three of them ran to the Town Hall to put the poster up.

*stamp!*

"There!..." Tobuscus said, as he looked around for animals.

"This is going to take too long. Guys, we're going to take to the streets! Get to the photocopier," Willow said.

"Where is it?" Tobuscus asked.

"I don't know, I thought you knew," Willow admitted.

"Maybe it's in the Animalia Library," Sophie genuinely suggested.

"Oh, yeah..." Tobuscus said.

And off they went!
