chloe's point of view
"Bye guys!"
I said as they walked onto the school bus. I walked back inside and sat at the counter and drank my coffee. I looked at the time. 8:30 AM... I have to open the shop by 9:15. I should get ready. I quickly ran upstairs and took a shower then changed into a jean skirt and a white lace off the shoulder top and my brown ankle boots. I brushed out my dirty blonde hair and did light makeup. I walked downstairs and grabbed my keys and walked outside and into my car. I started it and started driving.
SKIP TIME*
I parked my car and walked into work. I was greeted by everyone. I walked into my office, closed the door and sat in my chair and sighed. Only the start of the day. Jenna came in. Jenna is my assistant. She works here as well
"Hey so you have an appointment with Ella Ortiz in 5" she said
Ortiz. That word makes me gag. I've always thought it was one of Jace's family members but it's not.
"Ok send her in" I responded
"Ok" and she left
I sat back down in my chair again and started organizing my desk a little. I had my most important pictures of my kids. Each one from when they were newborns to 5 year olds. I was interrupted by the door opening
"Excuse me ma'am I think we have an appointment together" my customer asked curios
"Oh yes! Sorry about that" I shot back
I quickly got up and we went out to the dressing room where she'd tell me about herself. Something seemed so familiar about her
"I am Ella Ortiz"
She set her hand out
"Chloe. Chloe Ann" I said as I shook her hand
"So tell me about your fiancé" I asked
"We'll his name is Jack... Here's a picture"
She showed me a picture... I was shocked
"Chloe?"
"Is this Jack Cannon?" I asked quickly
"Um yes... Why?" She responded
"Oh just a high school friend" I said nicely
Jack Cannon was apart of Jace's gang. I remember him, we would always stay up and rant out the fridge
"Oh ok than. For my dress I'd like the style to be..."
Skip time *again
Ella had chosen her dress. A nice fitted lace dress. We went to my office to pay. She handed me the money and I was sorting out my money for the change
"You have some cute kids"
She was looking at my photos of the twins
"Oh thank you" I responded back
"That's funny they look like my brother almost"
I stopped shuffling the money and looked up at her
"Does your brothers name start with a J?" I asked
"Yes. His name is Jace Ortiz" she said
I had my eyes wide opened. My client was my child's fathers family whom they never met
"Who is your kids father?" She asked curious now
"Umm is there any chance your brother dated another girl named Chloe?" I asked curios
"Oh sheesh yes. They loved each other so much. When Chloe broke up with him that only influenced him to work harder and stay in his room all day. She and I were best friends. But no one knows where she went"

"Ella Grace Ortiz is that really you?" I said standing up
"Woah how did you- Wait... Chloe Ann Orlando?" She got along with it
A/ N: Orlando was the only last name I could think of 😂
"OMG"
We got up and hugged each other
"I knew you looked so familiar!! Omg you look so skinny, your hair, and OMG YOU HAVE KIDS" she said excited
She picked up my hand
"Your not married?" She asked
"No... I'm not in a relationship" I said
"But why? The kids? There dad is??" She asked
"Oh there dad..." I said getting off track
"I mean you'd have to have been in a relationship right?" She asked once again
"I did... If I tell you promise not to tell Jace!"
"I won't!"
"Jace is the dad" I said giving her the change as her mouth dropped
"Jace has kids!! Why wasn't there a shower? A birth invitation! Anything?! Most of all we didn't know! Why?!" She said happy
"No one knew. I kept it a secret. I never got to tell Jace. I couldn't tell my parents or my brother or sister. I didn't think I could tell you. I stayed in a hotel then got this place to make money and then I got a condo and then I got a house" I said
"OMG!! How old are they! I wanna meet them!!" She said now excited
"There 5" I said proud
"Bruh I wanna see them!" She said smiling
"There at school! Then they have cheer and football practice after" I explained
"School?! Cheer?? Football?! Aww there following in there parents footsteps!" She squealed
"Oh hush. I need to go home anyways" I said checking the time
"Um wait! Give me your number!"
We exchanged numbers and walked out of the shop together
"Remember. Don't tell Jace" I said making a serious face
"I won't" she said
We hugged and got in our cars and went our separate ways. I waited outside on the porch for the kids to come home. Once they got home they changed into there black and silver uniforms and we hoped in the car and went to the game
