It was the end of the day and I was basically freaking out.

What if this is a joke??

Relax John...I'm sure it isn't.

But what if it is?

Just chill. Everything will be ok.

I got out of my last class and went to the library. There were a couple of people in here already. Most of them weren't even here for book or studying. People were talking, playing games on the computers, and making out. While the librarian was reading her Percy Jackson books.

I walked around the library until I caught my eye on a cute boy reading a book in the far corner.

He had brown hair and brown eyes. He had a couple of freckles around his face. He wore a purple sweater. He was reading my favorite book. Dork Diaries.

Yes. I do read 5th grade books.
( SAME JOHN!! SAMMMME!)

I started blushing like crazy.

Turns out that cute guy noticed and gave me a wink.

I blushed even more.

John! Control yourself!! You're looking like a fool.

He got up and walked up to me.
" Hey cutie." He said.

At this point I was blushing so hard that I started to stutter,

" H-Hi!"
He smiled.

God! H-His smile!!

" I couldn't help but noticed you staring at me eh? You like what you see?"

YES!

"I was actually interested in the book you were reading. Dork Diaries? What are you? In the middle school?" I said sounding a little salty, but also trying to be funny at the same time.

" I wish I was in middle school." He responded.

I laughed.

He walks a little closer and takes out his hand.

" What's your name cutie?"
He asks.

I shake his hand. There are so soft and gentle.

" Laurens, John Laurens."
" What a cute little name. Francis Kinolch."
I give him a warm smile back. We stared into each other's eyes for a second. Until he had to go.

" Well...cutie. I have to go. But I would love to see you again." He waves goodbye and walks out of the library while I just stand there figuring out what happen...

Oh no.

I'm helpless...

He got to me. He got me ringed around his finger just like that!
