Ice Skating pt2

" I-I'm about to fall!" I scream. I almost fell on this cold ice for my 7th time. How are people figure skaters? How do they look so beautiful and have so much balance to ride on ice? What if you fall? What if the ice breaks? This is why I don't do sports, I'm afraid of breaking a bone.

" John, you're fine. You're getting better. It's easy." Alexander was in front of me gliding and doing all theses cool tricks while I'm struggling to hold on to the wall.

" Of course it is says " mr. Show off"!" I instantly fall....again and Alex laughs at me......again.

" Babe you know it takes practice." He helps me up and I wiggle a bit. He starts to skate backwards. " W-Wait-"

My skates bump into his and we struggle to stay up. " Sorry!" He laughs and continues. I started to get use to the feeling my but I'm still looking at my skates so it won't hit his.

Mission failed. I tripped on air and fell.

" You Guys look so cute." Said a woman over us. I look up to see a dark skinned girl with a red coat. Her dark hair was covering most of her face but you can still see that bold red lipgloss and dark eyes. Wait.....

Maria!!

I started to freak out. What is she doing here? Alex seems to notice the face and gives Maria a worried mood. She looks down and skates to me. " John, I'm so sorry for that rumor." I was shocked. That is the first time she actually talked to me that's not the Maria at school. The Maria at school would talk gossip and ruin people's lives, but the one standing in front of me isn't the Maria I know and hate.

My mind is telling me to not forgive her, jump on her and snatch that weave off.....or her real hair.

But my heart is telling me to forgive her and become friends. Is that weird? Yea. She may be doing this because Alex told her to.

" U-Umm-"

" I understand I you don't forgive-"

" I forgive you."

Maria and Alexander's eyes widen.

" Really?" Maria started to smile, which made me smile. She skated over to me and gave a huge hug. The hug was so big I almost fell.

" WHO THE HELL IS TOUCHING MY GAY SON?!"

I turn over to see Peggy and Herc skating over to us. Maria turns to them and instantly goes red ( my Meggy children.....rise!* lifts hands* ) then when Peggy saw Maria she almost fell off her skates.

HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE! Love at first site.

" O-Oh I'm sorry! I didn't mean to-" Started Peggy.

" No! I'm sorry! I-I shouldn't be hugging-"

" It seemed like a private moment and I j-just-"

" N-No it ok." Maria takes out her phone and looks at the time. " I really should be going." She gives me a wave and skated her way to the exit.

TIIIIIIIIIIMMMMMMMMEEESKIPPP

" Did you see Peggy and Maria?" Asked Alex scoping chocolate ice cream.

" It was so obvious! I ship it! They would look so cute together!"

Peggy and Maria. Maria and Peggy.

The perfect couple.

We were finally home and was about to get some more snacks to finish watching more musicals. This seems like a routine. We would always do this and I don't want to change anything.

" I know right? They should date."

He sits down on the couch next to me and turns on the tv. The first things that comes up on the screen was the short musical 21 Clump Street, one of my favorites.

" Have you ever carried drugs on you?" I blurted out. I shouldn't have asked him that but the question just popped up now that we're watching a musical about drugs. Alex face turns but eyes were still glued to the screen. " Why?"

I was a bit embarrassed. " I-I don't know! Just curious...I guess."

He gives a light chuckle and turns to me. My face was light pink from embarrassment.
" I did do some stupid things at parties but I was never addictive. I never really carried any in public." I whispered an ok and continued to watch the screen.

The musical was already over and Wicked came on.

I'm going to be honest, Wicked isn't my favorites. The musical is a bit confusing. So for about 3 hours, I was sitting there, looking confused. Alex seems to look bored too but was trying to understand what was going on. My eyes were getting heavy. I tried to fight my urge to sleep but it was too strong. The room was warm, ice cream in my hand, and my boyfriend holding me, who wouldn't fall asleep?

Alex sees me drifting, he moves closer and wraps his arms around me.

We spend the rest of the day sleeping and cuddling on the couch.
