More melodious, more lucid
Crystal clear as ever.
As I step out
The aroma of soft butter
Sweets and ghee
Fills my soul
Like old times.
The village is illuminated
Embellished, adorned
With lights and lamps
And incense.
Today, your chants, your hymns
Are everywhere.
Your alluring picture today
Looks ever more attractive.
