The bards and minstrels
Sing vivifying descriptions
Of my fortitude
And depression
When you left for Mathura.I don't blame them.
Of course we are one
We are
RadhaKrishna
But
Being mortal
Has its own facets.
Needless to say
That was one.In the midst of all the sulking
Wet pillows and yearning
A whisper of your name
Would bring me
Unending
Absolute
Ecstasy.
It has that power
That charm
That allure
That makes you dance a little
Sing a little
Smile a little
Thereby, live a lot more.This
Is what you do, Krishna
To millions around the globe.
You give them a life
And hold them in your arms
From the clutches of a demon
Named mortality.
