You invite me to a party. Too bad Stephen has told me what you do to girls who you invite. I refuse which makes you furious. You find me when I'm alone at my locker after school, calling George. I have the phone on speaker as I fix my hair and shove my backpack inside, my back turned to you. So you waited until I said bye to George and I love you before I ended the call to punch me. I fell to the floor with my hand on my jaw.
"Why?" I groaned I try standing up but you place your foot on my chest, pressing me down.
"Don't ever say no to me again, you're just a silly little slut," You laugh. Laugh at my shame. You say how you love how flustered I am. Tears spill down my cheeks as I clutched my jaw in pain. You didn't care.
"I'm not a slut though, look at your square head," I get up and stand in your face. It took everything in my body not to smack you down, but I stood my ground. I laugh inside my head at your frustration.
"Watch your mouth, slut," You walk off with a huff and I sigh in relief.
The first time I answer back to you wasn't even scary. Adrenaline pumps through me as I walk home. The first time I feel good is down to me standing up to you.
Maybe this will help me get better. Maybe I'll look back in this and think that these words serve a purpose.
