YOUR POV

"No actually green m&m's are the worst flavour" I stated, walking down the hall with my arm slung around Wyatts shoulders  "Y/N they literally all taste the same" "NO THEY DON'T" I yelled as we stopped moving and I spun around to face the curly haired boy

"I'm not having this argument with you Oleff" "because you know I'm right" he giggled causing me to glare and push him playfully "I'd have to agree with Wyatt on that one, Y/N you're delusional" a familiar females voice came from behind me.

My gaze shot toward Sam standing in her doorway chuckling along with the boy behind me "SAM!" I screamed running toward her and almost knocking her over with my impact as my arms wrapped around the taller girl's neck

"woah there nugget" she laughed sweetly "I feel like I haven't seen you in forever" "I saw you this morning" "yeah I know but it still feels like forever" I snickered along with the other two "I'm about to go do a bit of sightseeing wanna come with?" Sam asked patting her backpack to indicate she was ready

"nah I think I've had enough of outing today thanks though" I replied, patting my best friend on the shoulder before she closed her hotel room door and waved goodbye.

I turned back to the taller boy standing quietly behind me and spoke again "sooo what do we do n-" "SWEET BABY SUGAR CAKES IS THAT YOU!" I burst into a series of giggles at the sound of Jacks voice further down the hall

"JACKIE BOY!" I screamed in excitement as I playfully ran toward him and jumped into his arms leaving Wyatt standing there holding his hands out in confusion.

"Where's Finn?" "He and the others had to film a little more but unlike Wyatt over there I still get to go back tomorrow" He winked causing Wyatt to hold up his middle finger and scowl as Jack just laughed

"why is Wyatt not filming anymore anyways?" I asked pulling away from Jacks grip and we both walked toward the curlier haired boy only meters away now

"coz' Stan's a pussy" Jack teased "No he's not!" Wyatt defended his character that everyone had falling in love with from chapter one

"then why did he kill himse-" (A/N *cries*)  but Jack never got to finish his sentence because Wyatt had clapped his hand over Jack's mouth "shhh you'll spoil the movie"

"sorry sorry, anyways we are all finished filming in about 2 weeks anyways since the adults are the main characters now" the dark haired boy informed me and I nodded, smiling slightly

"well I'm gonna go chill for a bit in my room I'll see you ladies later" I grinned as I walked to my door and they waved goodbye.

I flopped onto the thick mattress, landing on my stomach and heaving a big sigh before pulling my phone out of my pocket and finding Billie Eilish on Apple music before pressing shuffle on my playlist.

I was about to close my eyes when my phone vibrated and a text popped up on my screen from my dad.

Texts

SAM(ANTHA)S POV

"Now if you all cast your eyes over to Ellis Island you will see the grand statue of Lady Liberty herself" the tour guides voice sounded through the little speaker by my head.

My phone started buzzing in my pocket similar to the hum under my feet from the ferry. I recognised the number as Y/N's father and answered instantly,

"Hello?" I heard some mumbled shouting on the other end but I couldn't make out any words "Hang on Mr. Y//L/N" I told him as I walked away from the chattering crowd trying to get a photo with the statue of a green woman.

"Sorry what were you saying sir?" "Sam! I've done something terrible" he shouted into the phone "slow down slow down, what happened"

I heard him take a huge breath on the other end before speaking "she's gone. 2:14 this morning" "shit, sir I'm so sorry I-" "and I told Y/N"

"WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT RIGHT NOW" "IT WAS AN ACCIDENT I MEANT TO TEXT YOU" "well what did you tell me exactly?" there was no reply

"Mr. Y/L/N" "that her mother had passed" "shit" "yeah, she called me heaps but I didn't answer I'm too scared" "YOU DIDN'T ANSWER?!?" "no why?" "I'M ON A FERRY AND SHE'S LIKE 12 MILES AWAY IN HER HOTEL ROOM. ALONE"

"FUCK!" he screamed through the other end, I was shocked at his normally calm nature turned to the opposite as his words were followed by multiple sounds of something smashing

"sir I gotta go, I need someone to get to Y/N" I explained hanging up the phone and immediately finding Finns contact.

"Uh hello?" "FINN! listen it's Sam, where are you right now" "working? look Sam I'm sorry I gotta go film" "Wait! this is an emergency" I heard Finns name being called on the other end "Finn listen to me I need to you go back to the hotel right now, it's Y/N"

YOUR POV

The sobs came.

They came and they thrashed, and for once, they conquered.

Oh, my body shook and lips curled. My teeth planted themselves in my gums, hoping to feel any other pain than what slashed at my heart.

Heartbreak was more of a physical pain than any emotional pain to cross me in my lifetime. My chest throbbed, limbs seized, In between salted tears and the wails that cut through my raw throat, as I wheezed in each sharp breath.

The room spun and my knees collapsed, hitting the floor causing more pain surge through my legs yet it seemed so distant as if they weren't a part of me anymore.

I clap my hands onto my head in attempt to slow everything to a speed my body and brain can cope with.

Each breath I took turned into more of a desperate gasp.

 I feel so sick.

I want to know she's okay. I want him to call and tell me she's okay, that she's not gone. but the phone, it's too far away, breathe, gone, too far away.

Blackness ... creeping blackness ... I'm on the floor. I brought my knees up to my chest and cradled myself slowly rocking back and forth, my silent words begging to hear that familiar ringtone.

Then the aching from my heart spread to my head as each screamed louder than I ever could. The room is spinning ... blackness ... she's gone.
