Chapter 42

Crystal's POV- It's been 2 days since "The Break Up". I was lying in my bed, in my 1D pjs, blasting Trevor Moran's "Echo". My mom peeked in. She sighed. She sat on my bed, and looked at me. "Honey. You just can't lay in bed all day," mom said. "Why can't I, my favorite things are with me," I replied. Mom gave me a serious look. I sighed heavily. "I don't know. I just feel like a piece of my life was ripped out," I trailed off. My mom squeezed my hand, lightly. "Crystal. You need to go out again. You seem like a zombie, just waking up, going to school, and staying in your room all day," Mom recapped. "Have fun, you're still a teenager you know," Mom smiled. I returned a weak one. I nodded. "Think about it," mom said, leaving the room. She was right. I still had my fans, who were amazing. My new journey was just beginning.

Matt's POV- I breathed in the fresh air. I was going for a ride, of course on my penny board. I needed to get things off my mind. Every girl, reminded me of Crystal, everywhere I looked.

Crystal's POV- I decided to go shopping. I haven't in a while. I did a quick tweet spree with my lovely fans. I changed into light high waisted shorts, a Bethany Mota, graphic crop top, and white Converse. I grabbed my bag, and drove to the Mall. As soon as I got there, I headed straight to Wet Seal. My favorite store to shop at. After two hours of shopping, I drove to Chipotle.

I headed inside, and ordered my meal, and a lemonade. I was walking to a table, and suddenly my entire front was soaked. "Oh great," I mumbled. "Oh I'm so sorry!," A voice said. I looked up to see a set of gorgeous blue eyes. "No it's fine," I reassured him. He quickly brought me some napkins. "Thank you," I replied. "No problem," the boy smiled.

I ordered another Lemonade, and sat down. The same boy sat across me. "I'm Liam," the boy introduced. I chuckled at his random action. "I'm Crystal," I replied. "I recognize you, you're like famous, and an amazing singer,"Liam complimented. "That's me," I said. "So why are you so lonely?
Are you waiting for your boyfriend or something?," Liam joked. My throat tightened. "No, I don't have one," I said, trying not to break down. "Really? A gorgeous girl like you, should have one," Liam smiled. I blushed. I rolled my eyes at him. After an hour there, I got to know more about Liam, and we exchanged numbers. He seemed pretty cool, I thought.
