It had a week since I've been stuck in captivity. After getting out of the trunk of my own car, things just got worse. First of all, they have kept me in this room with white, dirty walls with stone floors and a flickering fluorescent light. They tie my hands to my sides with thick nylon string at night to make sure I don't make a "midnight runaway" as the ramen describes it.

There are no windows and I sleep on a futon every night. I am forced to eat ramen for every meal and I haven't showered since I left. I don't know anyone that has come into my room and I haven't seen my mother whatsoever.

All I have done for the past week is think about Alex and how much I want him here. Sometimes I feel as though he's with me and that he talks to me. I keep on having a recurring flashback of me, him and Cadence on the way to the mansion.

*Flashback*

We were on a road trip high that we thought was impossible to get off.

"I've been spending all my life and now I've found you, I don't know what to do. I think I'm fallin' for yoooou." I sang along.

We sang along with the radio and had debates and discussions. I remember our hands intertwining and looking out into the warm summer air.

I felt-as Stephen Chbosky would write-infinite. Like I could stay that way forever. I have to find out how to get out of here. Suddenly, the door flew open, making me jump.

"Dinner time." The man says.

He is the same man that brings me my food everyday. I've been tempted to ask him what his name is but I'm afraid of what he might say. He slightly resembles Alex but this man is bigger and a tad bit older. It always comforts me to see him.

"Here is your beef ramen." He says, flashing a smirk.

As he walks away, I notice how they gave me actual silver ware instead of plastic. I think this is a sign that I can get out of here.
