Raven had forgotten how busy the café could be on a Sunday. She drove around several times before she found a spot to park. Once in a spot she looked around for Jordan. Not remembering what type of vehicle he had she scanned the lot for him. Nothing. Maybe he was inside she wondered.

She couldn't help but smile at the smiley face. She reached for her door handle when she felt the door pull from the other side .Jordan stood there grinning from ear to ear

Dimples she groaned .Why did he have to have dimples and such a great smile.

"Hello there beautiful "he greeted her with another dimpled smile. She smiled back "Hello Jordan" she all but whispered. He reached for her hand with his free hand. She hesitated. "I won't bite "he told her .She took his hand and they walked into the café together .They were led immediately to a back corner table despite the line of people waiting .She cocked her head and looked at him questioningly.

I called when you told me where to meet you so we were guaranteed a table he told her with a smirk. After the hostess seated them and handed them menus .Ravenanie looked at Jordan. "Like what you see? "He joked .That broke her stare and she felt a blush creeping up her neck. She fiddled with her menu. Jordan noticed the adorable blush creeping up her neck but kept silent.

Damnit she wasn't any good at this shit she never had been. Maybe this was a bad idea .Maybe she could feign an emergency .But she owed him at the very least a thank you. Most people would have left her on her own in the condition she was in and definitely not got her dumb drunk ass home safe much less cleaned up a mess that she had made. She owed him this and she knew it.

"Earth to Ravenanie "Jordan waved his hand in front of her face .She must have zoned out for a second.

"Huh? Did you say something?" she replied confused. "I said earth to Ravenanie" he replied.

She blushed again, "Sorry "

"I must be really boring" he quipped

"I can't answer that because I don't know you" she replied honestly.

He smiled sheepishly "I can change that "

"That sure of yourself are ya?" she teased

"Maybe" he replied grinning from ear to ear

"Let's order some food and see what happens "he told her

She nodded. The waitress came to take their drink order and told them she'd be back in a few minutes to take their order. She knew what she wanted but wasn't sure if he did .As if reading her mind he asked her what her favorite dish there was. "My go to is the Pennsylvania cheese steak and fries "Sounds good I have had yet to try that "he told her honestly

When the waitress came back "Have you both decided?" she asked with a smile. 'We will have 2 Pennsylvania cheese steaks and fries "Jordan replied with a questioning look in Raven's direction. She just smiled .Impressed that he was ordering for the two of them like a gentleman. He must be really trying to impress her .She felt small once again.
