I Always Thought I Was Human **(ON HOLD)**

Chapter 6. Willing To Take Risk's.

A/N sorry if you have waited for this update I was really busy with family stuff. OH and we moved and my note book got lost for a while :( well I will get to the story now. oh and if someone wants to edit for me then i would be really thankful.

Chapter 6

The whole next day, I was trying to figure out who the mystery person was from my vision, and why they were watching me. they had felt like someone I knew but as to who, I had no clue but I knew I would find out later.

" Who do you think it could be. " Spot asked. as he was sitting on the sofa looking at me, while I was trying to focus on teaching my little brother his school work.

I gave him a look that said, ' not now. ' and turned to Mike and said. " Hey buddy, I have to use the bathroom, keep working on that page. I will be back soon, okay? "

He looked up at me, with his bright blue eyes. and says. " Okay, Keir. " and went back to work.

I make my way to the bathroom, and turn to Spot who had followed me like always. and say. " How many times do I have to tell you! you can't just talk to me, especially when there are other people around, and expect an answer. they would think I was nuts, if I would talk back. "

[ A/N and trust me they do look at you weird if you talk to your dog like he/she can understand you. lol ]

" Too many times to count. " He said with a sigh.

I look at him like he is stupid and ask. " Then why do you do it? "

He has the nerve to roll his eyes at me. " I do forget sometimes because i'm allowed to talk to you when we're around Onyx, and Phoenix. "

I raise one eyebrow, then nod and say. " That makes sense. "then I go back to teaching my brother.

Later that night, when Spot and I went to see Onyx, and Phoenix, I told them of the dream/vision. they too were stumped on who it could be.

It was an hour before Phoenix changed the topic. " Well there is no reason to stay here when you send it yourself that you will find out who it is later on. so why don't we do something later to night. and don't you dare say hang out at our club, we do that all the time. " He gave me a pointed look. then adds. " let's do something different. "

" Hey! don't give me that look, did you forget that some of us have a mom. a mom that won't let me go any further then the club, and that's with my cell phone on me. " I say in response, with one eyebrow raised.

" Okay, okay i'm sorry. " He said with a sigh.

I smile at him. " Don't worry about it. " I wave it off. " I will have to see what I can do. but either way the fun stuff will have to wait until after they go to bed. " I pause then add as an after thought. " Unless I could stay at your place? "

They both look at each other then back at me  with a smile, and Onyx says. " Of course you can. and if i recall you have been wanting to meet the rest of us right? so it's a win-win. "

Phoenix then looks back at Onyx, and says. " Well then, what do you think we could to do? "

Onyx smirks, " Well there's a lot we could do. the better question would be what will we do, that won't get her in trouble if she stays out too late. if she is not able to spend the night, that is. "

Phoenix nods in agreement, " true. "

I hmm in agreement. " I know she will say yes, she's off work today and tomorrow so she won't mind too much. " Then I add, " Maybe we could visit the wolves. I have been wanting to meet the Alpha. and see if I can talk to the Elders. "

" ARE YOU NUTS! " Phoenix explodes, and starts to say more. but Onyx cuts in.

" Even if we have a treaty. that does not mean that you are safe. and that they will let a human live if they know about them. "

I look at them and say. " I just have this feeling. so i'm willing to chance it. "

*LATER AT HOME*

I was in my room getting my clothes ready for later that night. when my mom called for me to help finish cooking dinner.

When I walk into the kitchen I see mom at the stove. I go over and see she's stirring a pot of white rice, and checking something in oven.

When I reach her I ask. " Watcha cookin' momma? it smells amazing! "

She laughs and says, " Chicken Divine with white rice. " My stomach growls. and she laughs again and adds. " why don't you go and set the table, it's almost done chicky. "

I laugh too and say. " Okay momma. " As I set table I ask, " Hey can I please, please, please, go over to my friends Onyx. and Phoenix's house and spend the night? " Thinking that I won't get in trouble then. for going out with them all night.

She looked at me with a raised eyebrow, " Hmm...It's short notice. but sure I don't see why not. just be careful and be good. " She said with a stern look.

By the time that I was done with setting the table. we had just finished talking. and were putting dinner on the table.

" Hey honey. can your brother and father down for dinner? " mom asks me.

"Sure thing momma. " I say to her then add in a yell, " BOYS! DINNER! " Stomping was all that was heard for a moment.

 Then, " FOOD! " My little brother Mike yells. when he gets to the bottom of the stairs. then runs to the table and sits in his chair. just as our dad walks into the kitchen and kisses mom. then goes to sit in his chair.

Mom and I look at each other and laugh. then we go to join them for a wonderful dinner.
