He was angry and I don't know why.

Then it hits me, maybe he was angry because I'm with Adrian. I can do anything with my life and if he can be with that witch, why I can't be with any man I want?!

"You're here brother," Adrian spoke breaking the ice. Timothy nodded at him as if he got nothing to say.

"I believe that we already disturb your date. Goodbye Felipe and to you Bella," the witch said while clinging to Timothy's arm.

I smiled at her and turned my gazed to Timothy. He doesn't do anything or even move. I wait for him to say something.

"May we join you?" he asked smiling. It creeps me out the way he smiled. What he was trying to do? I kept my cool and looked at him while I smiled brightly. Adrian looked at me and I nodded.

"Of course, you may," Adrian replied.

I transferred a seat beside Adrian and Timothy was in front of me being intimate with the voodoo doll. I felt distracted by them so I did my best to ignored them and eat my gelato instead.

"Niñita, you had a gelato on your chin," Adrian chuckled which diverted my attention to him. I almost forgot that he was here with me.

"Here?" I asked while patting my chin with a napkin.

"Still there," he moved closer and brushed his thumb to my chin. Our proximity was too close and intimate but unlike with Timothy,  I'm more comfortable with Adrian.

"Thank you," I said.

"You want a gelato," I offered. He chuckled and pinched my cheeks but this time it was gentle.

"Oh, so sweet," the witch interrupted with her irritating high pitch voice. She and Timothy were gazing at us.

"So, how did you two met?" Timothy asked. His eyes narrowed at me.

"We met at Belize five years ago. I and Bella were teammates in an airsoft game but after that, we lose communication. Then, we met again," Adrian said. I smiled at him sweetly.

"Really? How?" the witch curiously asked. This time I answered, looking at Timothy.

"It was already one in the morning and my friend was supposed to drive me home but we fought. So I walked alone and then the two men blocked me but thankfully Adrian was there to save me," I narrated. Timothy formed his lips into a thin line.

"Adrian was my saviour," I held Adrian's arm and put my head on his shoulder.

"You remind me of Jady," Adrian chuckled and messed my hair.

"Really?" I let go of his arm and frowned at him.

"Just kitten," he whispered.

"Can't get over yet?" I chuckled.

"That was one of the best jokes I heard," he replied. I was about to speak but then stop when Adrian phone rang.

He excused himself to answer his phone. It might be important 'cos his face became serious at the sudden. The witch/voodoo doll excused herself too for the restroom.

"So, we're left alone Sir," I said in a composed manner but deep inside my heart was beating insanely on the way Timothy was looking at me. My heart nearly stops when he reached my hand and held it. His hand was warm and comforting.

"What are you doing?" I hissed, removing my hand from his grasp. I looked around, hoping that Adrian and the witch didn't saw it.

"You didn't tell me what happened to you when you left that night," he said. His voice was deep and concern. Maybe he was worried about me.
