Thanks all of you for leaving behind your lovely comments. it's really lovely to read them. I hope you'll enjoy the next one just as much. Just wanted to let you know I started nursing school on Monday and sometimes the workload from school may make me forget about posting a chapter during the week. As you know I have the chapters ready, just need to post them. If I forget, I'd like to apologise before hand and sent me a small message if it takes longer than a week.

The following day Pippa, Conrad and Liv could be found at the dining table in the living room of their apartment. Files, binders, laptops and notepads were spread over the table.

She was happy not to hear any congratulations for once, she was sure she'd be sick of the words by the end of it all. She loved that people were happy for her, but always hearing the same was getting boring and repetitive.

"I didn't realise you did this much work for Travel." Conrad chuckled as he shook his head. "You made it seem so easy,"he added as she gave him a sheepish smile and shrug of her shoulders. "You'll be fine, we're used to working. it's just a different way. And on the lucky side, you don't have to combine Travel with MICE." she told him with a chuckle as she got up to refill their glasses.

"I don't know how you did it. I'm not sure I can handle this, let alone handle MICE and Travel at once. I'd have gone mad for sure." he chuckled as Pippa nodded her head in agreement from her spot opposite of him.

"you only think that. When you're going through it, it's just one thing after another," she told them with a small shrug of her shoulders. "No wonder you worked so late, brought your work home all the time," Pippa concluded as she let out a chuckle.

"MICE didn't get to where it is by me sitting idlyby and giving out orders and such. I'm in there with all of my people. I knew what it meant to be a guide, what is asked of a person.I did it for close to three years. I could relate to them, your experience as a guide will help there, believe me." she assured Conrad, hoping to give both of them some courage and mood for the things they were about to pick up from her.

"Pippa, you've been my right hand through MICE since the beginning basically. You know what direction I was headed and how I wanted to get there. You were in basically every meeting I ever had about MICE. Trust your instincts like you used to do and hold the wheel from where I hand it to you." she turned to Pippa with an encouraging smile on her face.

"all of this seems hard, cause it seems so much at the moment. in the office, everything is spread. You don't work at everything all at once like now. You take it one file, one problem at the time." she advised them with a smile as they nodded their heads at her.

"I believe in you two, I wouldn't have praised and told Luke I had, if I didn't. He needs to be able to rely on you guys to run the London office in my place," she told them, she hoped that they would be able to pull it off. to be honest she didn't know how she had done everything herself. But then again she'd been taught that if you wanted to get somewhere you had to work for it and hard. No point in slouching or putting things off if you could do them at that moment.

That work ethic had been taught to her by her grandparents. A lesson she'd never forget and intended to carry it through in her Royal duties.

"You'll be fine guys." she said, getting up to open the door when she heard the knock on the door. "who's that?" Pippa asked, turning around in her chair. "Gabby,"she told her as she noticed Pippa nodding her head and turning back to the table from the corner of her eye as she disappeared into the hallway.

"Hey." Liv grinned at Gabby on the other side of the door as the woman wrapped her arms around her shoulder. "I'm so happy for you,"she told her and Liv couldn't help but smile.
