"WAKE UP!!!" was the wake-up call, before she leapt to the side and crashed to the ground. "Why do I always get woken up like this?" she demanded, leaning on the mattress with her arm as she glared at the three laughing women.
"Well Murdock, it's your wedding day," Mia noted, hitting her with a pillow before storming out of the room, laughter trailing after her as Liv rolled her eyes. "No shit, Sherlock," she called after her. "Be glad I didn't use a pirate bomb." she heard her best friend say from the suite's living room.
"You wouldn't," Liv said, pushing herself off the ground and wrapping her night robe around her. "The scene that would have caused." Liv couldn't help but laugh as she imagined the hotel being evacuated on her wedding day. if it were to happen to someone it would be her and thanks to her friends. What was she thinking of course she would have on her wedding day. But then again this wasn't any normal wedding day where terrorist threats were real.
Liv could imagine that if she had married someone normal, she would have woken up to said pirate bomb.
"Nervous?" Kate asked her as Liv sat down at the laid out breakfast table. "A little," she confessed, running a hand over her face and through her hair in a tired manner. they'd been talking to each other till one in the morning, way too long if you took in account that she was marrying today.
"It's 5:30 in the bloody morning?" she cursed in a similar manner to how she'd done on her hen party last weekend. turning to the three accomplices she gave them a glare before she reached for her glass of orange juice. Harry always teased her that no matter what she never drunk coffee. she didn't like it and when she drunk it she got nauseous so the solution, not drinking coffee. Only orange juice and tea.
"yes, we've been up for at least 15 minutes," Liz reported as she started filling her plate. "And someone told you to do that?" Liv asked her little sister in their usual teasing tone.
"No one told you to wake up at that time in the morning," Liv added as she filled her own plate, not that she would be able to eat much. her stomach felt rather queasy and she wasn't sure if eating a lot would benefit her at the moment. but she did take a sip of her glass of champagne poured out for them before starting to eat what she had on her plate.
Gabby walked into the room whilst they were eating breakfast and informed them that Lizzy would be there in the hour. Amanda, Kate's hairdresser was coming in as well to do her hair and help with everyone staying at the hotel, including the children.
"Well if that's the case, I'm going to take a hot bath," Liv noted as she got up, her glass of champagne in her hand as she headed for her bedroom and bathroom through it.
"Wish I had been that calm on my wedding day." she heard Kate say as she closed the door behind her and turned the faucet on for the bath to fill.
putting her iPhone in the sink she ticked shuffle on and music started to fill the bathroom as she tried to get lost in it. she added some foam to the bath and stripped down before putting her shampoo on the soap on the edge of the bath. Steam rose from the water as the mirror started to fog over. she loved steaming hot baths, especially now, maybe a cold shower wouldn't be too bad either to wake up. Well, she could always stand under the shower afterwards to wake up.
sinking into the water till her lips she tried to centre herself about what was important. Not the nerves coursing through her veins at least. She knew Harry loved her and she loved Harry. the speech she used anytime someone told her they were nervous about getting married. If you were certain that the person you married loved you than there was no reason to worry.
