Liv, Harry and Nathan had returned to the apartment late last night after the BBQ. Liv hadn't wanted to stay behind; making up the excuse that they were having lunch at Clarence House.
When Harry had started looking at her in question and confusion, she'd dug her elbow into his side and he nodded his head. "Yes." he oemfed. "Paps invited us over for lunch cause they're leaving for Canada soon." Harry elaborated, throwing a playful glare at his girlfriend.
When they'd gotten home with an asleep Nathan, everyone had already retired for the night. So they headed upstairs as quietly as they could, put Nathan to bed, before turning in for the night themselves.

"How was the fun BBQ?" Mia questioned, waking the couple still asleep in their bed. "for crying out loud Mia." Liv growled, turning onto her side and snuggling into Harry's side.
"details, I want to hear the details about how you handled David." Mia elaborated, sitting down at the side of the bed, nudging her best friend's side.
"go away." liv warned, swatting her arm behind her towards her very annoying best friend. "Come on cranky pants, I haven't seen you all week." Mia continued her teasing, knowing what kind of morning person her friend was, not.
She enjoyed, annoying Liv in the mornings, it had gotten better to when they had still been in school. She'd once thrown her pair of shoes at her whilst on an overnight school trip about 8 years ago. Liv was so easy when it came to moments like this.
" Annoying brat go away and annoy Glen or something." Liv glared at her over her shoulder and added a kick to her bum as an added measure.
"Wakey wakey." she continued to annoy her best friend by starting to shake her. Even Harry threw her a glare over Liv's head much to her amusement.
"I think it's time Mia starts looking for her own place," Liv muttered under her breath and against Harry's chest. "You wouldn't throw out your best friend." Mia gasped in mock hurt.
"I would if you don't get up, get your ass out of my room and bother someone else," Liv told her, closing her eyes again. Why did she allow her friends to stay here again? She really should reconsider that thought and suggestion about now.
"But they aren't as much fun to annoy in the morning." Mia sighed in mock annoyance. "I swear to God Mia, If you don't let me sleep right now, I'm going to hang you off our balcony till tomorrow morning," Liv grumbled, annoyed and still tired. She was still jet lagged, tired and cranky. Not a good combination if anyone knew that, it was her best friend.
"Alright, alright." Mia grumbled with amusement. "go back to sleep, maybe next time you wake up you won't be zombie Zilla." Mia chuckled as she closed the door just in time to hear the pillow colliding with the door.
Liv was just too easy to annoy in the morning such as these.
***
The next time Liv woke up it was by the sun shining in her eyes through the gaps of the drapes. But this time she just rolled on her back and stretched herself with a grunt. "you awake Merida?" Harry's gruff voice said from the bathroom.
Turning her head in that direction she grinned up at him, stretching her body again, before letting out a yawn.
"jet lagged. It didn't use to bother me so much." Liv admitted, pushing herself up so she was leaning against the headboard. "You're out of practice Merida." Harry chuckled, sitting down next to her and handing her his cup of coffee he'd gotten from the kitchen five minutes earlier.
