Maddie's POV

"Mommy?" Allison says.

"Yes?" I ask, setting her breakfast in front of her, and then Caroline's in front of her.

"Aren't me and Caroline going to get our costumes today?"

I smile, "Yes, baby."

"Yay!" They cheer.

"Who is taking us?" Caroline asks.

"I'm not sure yet," I say.

"Will you take us?" Caroline looks up at me.

I laugh, "You don't want daddy to take you?"

She shrugs and giggles with her sister.

"What's funny?" I ask.

"Nothing," Allison puts her little hand over her mouth.

Caroline finishes her breakfast and then goes to brush her teeth. I make sure she has everything in her backpack before she meets me at the door.

"Come on, Allie," I call out to Allison.

"Coming," she says.

They get in the car and I drive Caroline to school. When Allison and I get back to the house, we see Caleb's car in the driveway.

"Daddy is already home!" Allison says, excitedly.

"He is," I smile, getting out of the car.

She follows me to the door, and runs to Caleb, giving him a hug when she sees him sitting on the couch.

"Mommy said she will take me and sissy to get our costumes," I hear her attempt to whisper.

"Okay," he says, softly.

"I'm going to go play," she says, going upstairs.

I go over and sit beside Caleb. He puts an arm around me and I lean into him, "How was your morning?"

"It was pretty good," he answers, "yours?"

"It was good, just didn't do much. Still tired," I yawn.

"You're cute."

I laugh, "No. I'm not."

There's a silence before he speaks again, "Maddie?"

"Yeah?"

He looks at me for a moment, "I was just thinking."

"About what?" I look up at him.

"How would you feel about having another baby?"

I smile softly at him, "I mean.. I'd love to have another baby with you. It's just.."

"Yeah?"

"I'm a little scared to," I say, softly.

"I understand that," he says, holding me a little tighter, "but remember what the doctor said?"

"Yeah," I sigh.

"I'm not gonna pressure you," he states.

"I think the girls would love to have a little brother or sister," I smile at the thought.

"I do, too."

"But I think we should talk to them about it first," I sit up.

"Okay."

Later that evening, Caleb comes home with Caroline while Allison and I are in the living room.

"Hi, mommy," Caroline says.
