175k!! It's worrying me how much this book has grown,,, it's a lot of pressure

I'm sorry that it has taken so long to update this book, I've been struggling so much with updating it and at one point I wanted to unpublish it. I pushed through it and thankfully I got into the rhythm of writing it.

And also, I just want to say thank you to everyone who helped to inspire and motivate me to update this book ♡ I love all of you

When Jisung was telling Chenle all about the family lodge and that it was just a small family Christmas gathering as they packed their bags, ready for their first Christmas together, he hadn't anticipated that it was the biggest log cabin he had seen in his life and that practically all of Jisung's family would be there. The lodge was gigantic from the outside (Chenle was assuming it was even bigger on the inside, it always was), on top of a mountain that had a thick layer of snow coated on top of the grass and along the wood on the roof of the lodge. It was amongst other cabins too, located next to the ski slope, where he could hear children's laughter in the air as they fell over their skies. And as for how many of them there was at the lodge, god, don't even get Chenle started.

At first, Chenle thought it would be him, Jisung and his parents, but oh, he was so wrong. Taeyong, Jaehyun, Taeil and Doyoung has shown up too and then there were Jisung's grandparents, along with his aunts and uncles (three aunts and two uncles, all of which had husbands/wives or children that Jisung had told Chenle he liked to ignore). If Chenle was nervous about spending the holidays with Jisung's parents, then by god he was terrified of spending it with his entire extended family. The entire ride to the lodge was spent with Chenle freaking out about his first impressions on the family and just why Jisung was related to so many people. Jisung just slyly chuckled at him the entire time.

Bitch.

Chenle was currently in his and Jisung's shared room after fighting Taeyong and Jaehyun for one of the best rooms in the lodge. It had the second biggest bed and it's very own en-suite, precisely why the two siblings for fighting each other for it (because believe me, with so many people in the cabin, the main bathroom was going to be packed at all times). It also had a nice view of the ski slope, both adults and children were going down it and Chenle couldn't help but laugh a little when he saw a little boy face-plant into the thick snow. Chenle and Jisung had both agreed that they weren't going to be doing that holiday due to them both being clumsy, someone was bound to break a bone on there knowing those two.

He was watching out of the window in a daze, if anyone could see him, he probably looked a little bit like a creep to them. A strange teenage boy, giggling to himself as he watched the strangers at the ski slope fail to ski properly and fall over. The child stood up and had snow on their now red face, a toothy grin plastering his face.

Chenle was so preoccupied with watching out of the window that he didn't notice someone enter the room, sneaking up behind him before tickling his sides. The Chinese boy gasped in surprise and tensed up while letting out giggles. He fell back on to the bed, his head landing in the person's lap. Chenle looked up through his squinted eyes, giggling as he thrashed his body in reflex, only to see Jisung's lean body was towering over him. He quickly leaned up and pressed his lips against Jisung's, hearing him let out a little 'hmph' before returning the kiss. The Chinese boy couldn't help but smile sweetly, reminded of their kiss at the park on their first date, loosely trying to recreate the iconic Spider-Man scene with great struggle.

Jisung was the one to break the kiss, pushing Chenle back down by his shoulders so he was once again resting his head in the younger's lap. He let out a little whine and pouted at Jisung with sad puppy dog eyes, Jisung rolled his eyes and leaned down to give his lips a little peck. "Hello to you too, Ji," Chenle grinned and tried to pull him down for a deeper kiss. Jisung already saw what he was about to do and slide out from underneath Chenle's head, standing up from the bed as the Chinese landed 'gracefully'.
