Chapter 7

Tom woke up the next day in his bed, he turned to Edd then took the note and put it under Edd's pillow before packing, when he was done packing he looked over at Edd who was peacefully sleeping in Matt's old bed, he came up to Edd and kissed him on the cheek before walking out the door

Edd got up after the door woke him, he noticed Tom wasn't in the house, he also noticed the note hanging out from his pillow, he caught it before it fell and started reading it

"Dear Edd, I am visiting my father at home, but I will be back in a few days, watch over the house for me, i trust you. I have another gift for you under your bed, and I will be back shortly.

Love, Tom"

Edd put the note down and looked underneath his bed to see a box that was neatly wrapped, he took the box and started picking at the tape with his nails, he finally ripped the box wide open and looked inside, it was his hoodie! Edd was confused and took it out of the box, he turned it around to see two holes on the back, specially put there for his wings to go through.

Edd was really happy and put the hoodie on, after he put it on his wings went perfectly through the holes, Edd was so happy to finally have room for his wings, because he ripped his shirts from them.

"It's perfect! If only I could tell him that.."
Edd said

•{At Tom's Dads House}•
"Okay father, I'm here."
Tom said as he walks into the living room where his dad is 'sitting'

"About time."
Father says

Tom gets a soda and sits down on the other end from his father

"So, why did you want me here?"
Tom asks in a sad tone

His father looks up at him
Siiigghhh..

"Oh.. I-I'll just go to m-my room.."
Tom gets up and goes to his old room, he opened the door to see a falling apart hay bed, with nothing else, in the room

Tom sighed then climbed onto his bed and took a quick nap

I walk outside the apartment with a book and I could feel Eduardo's eyes on me, I felt very uncomfortable so I sped-walk trying to get away from the apartment

I sit under the blossom tree and starts reading the book, thinking to myself

I wake up from the nap, I really miss Edd.. I went outside my room to see my dad asleep on the sofa with the TV left on, this is my perfect time to contact home, i grab my iPhone from my pocket and starts dialing Edd's phone
"Come on Come on Come on Come on, please answer."
I whisper trying hard not to wake my dad

"Hello?"
I felt peaceful hearing his voice

"Edd I feel so happy hearing your voice."
I said

"Me too! So, how is your dad's house?"
Edd asks me

"It's awful.. my bed hurts my back and the house looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 19 years!"
I said disgusted

"Eww.. How does he live?"
Edd says

"I know! I'm so glad you understand me Edd, I love you."
I say

"I love you too Tom!"
Edd replies

"Ohh, homosexual son of mine?"
Father speaks

I jump and turn over to my father who was standing over me

"H-how long were you standing there??"
I ask nervously

"Long enough to find out that your homosexual"
My father says
