Chapter Five

The first two lessons dragged on, I'd been anticipating finding out who the new hottie was while Chloe was sitting next to Sam chatting him up, who funnily enough got put into our class, but even with Chloe's hotness, I don't think he could get the mental picture of her throwing up all over his shirt out of his head, as it wasn't the most attractive thing to do. And it was only maths and religious studies, not the most interesting subjects on the planet. But when Break came I was out of the room before you could say, well, room.

It wasn't hard to find him, all I had to do was follow the gossip. It seems I wasn't the only girl who thought he was madly hot. Luckily though he was on his own when I caught sight of him by what I'm guessing was his locker. But I didn't go up to him, oh no, I wasn't the kind to go up to guys, they came up to me, I just had to keep myself busy. Now, that plan would've worked if CJ didn't come bouncing along screaming my name. I looked back at him, he was still looking in the opposite direction. Sigh.

I turned to find CJ only a couple of meters away and still running before she jumped on me and straddled me to the ground.

"Courtney what the hell are you doing?!" I screamed. She was pinning my arms to the ground.

"His name's Ethan Moore, he moved here from Michigan two weeks ago with his dad, his mum cheated on his dad with his dad's boss. That's all everybody knows about him, other than that he's the mysterious stranger." she whispered, trying to be some kind of spy, jeez, she never grows up.

"Then why the hell are you pinning me to the ground?!" 

She cocked her head to the side, "I don't know why actually,"

"Then do you mind getting the fuck off me?" I was hoping that Ethan wasn't looking over.

"Oh, yeah sure." and with that she clambered off me, and I got up breathing a sigh of relief that he hadn't seen that and he was still looking in his planner. I saw Chloe and Sam walking over, it looks like he wasn't so put off about her throwing up on his shirt, but a hot guy seeing me on the floor? Hell no. I used my arms and steadied myself onto my feet. 

"Court being a mong again?" Chloe asked when she found me. I guess she saw the whole floor drama, great.

"Yeah," I glared at CJ, she just shrugged.

"Courtney, can I see you for a minute, I need to talk to you." I looked over to see Mr. Bottom, one of the schools fittest teachers standing there, of course it was Courtney, she's like his favorite student. Even if she does scream at him to do things. He's one of those teachers that just wanders off, like one time he just went "Right girls',- hey do you want to know an interesting fact about scissors?" Really. He actually told us an 'interesting fact' about scissors. Like oh my God. English lessons are just fantastic when they're run by him.

Courtney rushed off to see what he wanted and I was left with the two crush birds Chloe and Sam. Seeing as they were talking, it didn't seem like I was going to get much attention from them, so I walked off to my next class. Of course Chloe was going to be interested in Sam, he was blonde haired, blue eyed and cute, she was going to be all over him, even if he was my find. But I was so caught up in my own thoughts that I hadn't realised that I was about to walk into someone, and I fell to the floor before I knew it. Oh, I was spending way too much time down here today.  I looked up to see that I had just walked into, wait for it, Ethan. Out of all the people on Earth it would be him.

"Oh, um, sorry," I gaped. Oh he was fitter up front. I noticed how his eyes were so dark brown, they almost looked black. He just stood there and laughed, and then decided to hold out his hand to help me up. 

"Aren't you Hannah May?" Oh my God, how'd he know my name? What did he think of me? Who is he exactly?

"Uhm, yeah." I said pathetically. 

"I've heard quite a lot about you, you know," he said with a smirk.
