I struggled my way back into the club looking for Chloe again. I had been with Ethan in the woods for over an hour, and I was worrying if Chloe did already know, not that it was as big of a deal, even after knowing her for fifteen years I still wouldn't know what her reaction would be for the guy he liked kissing me. I guess it wouldn't be good. The club was still packed unfortunately, it was only two in the morning. I made my way to the bar, hoping to get a better view of the crowd, when some dumb ass spilt his drink all over me, soaking the front of my dress. I looked over at him, he hadn't even noticed.

I ignored him and carried on struggling my way to the bar, where I funnily enough found Chloe, drinking from a red plastic cup, and she was talking to, well, Sam...

I guess she doesn't know then. I saw her nod her head in agreement to something as he took her hand and pulled her outside. I stayed my distance, but still followed them, I don't know why, I guess I was interested. I breathed in the cool air as it came. The smell of beer, whiskey and sweat dimmed as I got further from the entrance. I stood behind a group of smokers laughing about something and shouting over each other as I watched Chloe and Sam make their way to the promenade, their hands holding each others. I made my way to the stone wall surrounding the park, and ducked, almost spy style in the corner where the wall met with railings. I watched them walk further down the promenade, then taking a turn down there the steps were to the beach. Shit, I was going to lose them.

"You know, you're a really shit spy." I turned to find Ethan crouching besides me, smirking.

"Oh, hey Ethan." he leant over and kissed me, pressing me to the wall, I let out a small moan. I felt him laugh. He stopped and turned to the direction I was spying in.

"So, what exactly were you spying for?" he looked back at me with a confused look on his face. I looked back as well, seeing if they were still there. They weren't.

"Oh, nothing." I lied.

"Oh really?" he gave me a questioning look. I stared at him, then sighed.

"It's not important, really." he nodded, understanding that it didn't need to be said.

"You were following Chloe and Sam?" I looked up at him, shocked, had he known? He seemed to see my surprise.

"They're on the beach," he pointed towards the sea's edge, and so they were, sitting there as the waves rolled at their toes. I stopped looking when they started making out. I looked back at Ethan. Oh he was gorgeous, the red lights from the club shone on his tanned skin, his dark eyes reflecting  white lights.

"Come with me," he smirked as he said it, leaning in close to my face, I could almost feel his breath on my cheeks. He pulled away and held out his hand to me. I grinned and took it, looking back at Chloe on the beach, still attached to Sam, I guess she'll be busy, so she won't realise I'm gone.
