Tae woke up to the sound of rain hitting his window, and a pair of comforting, strong arms wrapped around his waist. Tae loved the rainy weekends where he could stay in bed with his fiancé and cuddle while watching movies on the couch. Nothing was better than a lazy day.
Tae snapped out of his thoughts when he felt the arms around him readjust, and Jungkook kiss his cheek. "Good morning," Jungkook said in his gravelly morning voice. "'Morning love," Tae said, smiling to himself. He loved the other's voice in the morning.
Jungkook, noticing the rain, asked, "Do you wanna stay in today?" Jungkook sat up and stretched, looking over at the older for his response. "Definitely," Tae said back, sitting up as well.
Both boys got out of bed to make breakfast before starting a movie. "Can you flip the pancakes?" Kook asked as he set out the plates. "Mhm," Tae hummed back. Even though he wasn't the best cook, he wasn't completely useless in the kitchen.
After the pancakes were served and eaten, and the dishes were piled in the sink, the boys went over to the couch.
"What movie should we watch?" Taehyung asked, making his way over to the movie cabinet. "How about Pocahontas?" Jungkook suggested, "It's been a while since I've seen it." And so Tae put in Pocahontas and joined his fiancé where he lay on the couch. Jungkook opened his arms and signaled for Tae to cuddle with him, which he gladly complied. After the previews, Jungkook pressed play on the remote.
Tae lay cuddled up in his partner's arms with a large fuzzy grey blanket wrapped around the two of them.
Throughout the movie, few comments were made, but much singing was heard. It was a Disney movie! They couldn't not sing!
Through out the day, the boys cuddled on the couch and watched various movies, Jungkook occasionally drawing circles on Taehyung's back, and Tae eventually getting tired in the middle of a movie and turning around to face Jungkook, falling asleep against his chest. Jungkook truly loved the man in his embrace, and nothing would ever change that.
