The quinx reported what they thought of eye patch and the CCG were sending officers to make sure and they made sure of it so they decided that they will put a little raid and arrest the eye patch.
He was one of the most dangerous ghouls, his rank almost hitting SSS. And if that happens they'll have a double problem with two SSS ranked ghouls. The Owl beeing one of them and making the most problems.
So they were just getting ready and making a plan how to do it without getting to much attention.
They were going to do it at night when there were no costumers at the Caffee in witch eye patch worked.
They were going to arrest him and if he wasn't cooperating they were going to use force.
Special class investigators were going to be the one to enter and arrest him and some low ranked investigators were going to wait outside if there was something.
They were believing as well that he knows where Aogiry three is and he was useful for them.
So they were going to ceep him alive at Cochlea.
The raid was going to be made soon and they weren't wasting any time.
They were going to capture Eye patch.
