Chapter 13

||Okay so this is a day late because I went to see the amazing Veronica Roth (The one and only author of the Divergent series, one of my faves of all time!), so I couldn't update. I also feel really bad because this is really short since it the end of the book, I am going to keep writing the story and it's going to be big, and take forever to write so please stick with me while the story is moving slow :) Thanks again for all the support it means the world so I hope you guys keep enjoying my writing-Faith||

"I'm baaaaaaaack!" Maleficent sings.

I turn to face her, trying to hide a smirk.

"Go away mum," Mal say sighing. I roll my eyes.

"Give me the wand," she says smiling.

Mal just shakes her head.

"GIVE ME THE WAND!" Maleficent screams.

"Fairy Godmother," Mal screams tossing the wand to her.

"Bibbidi-bobbidi..." Fairy Godmother starts but Maleficent interrupts her, "Boo."

Time freezes and everyone except the "VK's" and me are frozen, I stand still and pretend I'm frozen.

I hear a voice whisper in my mind, "child why do you pretend to be frozen?"

"Because we both know Mal and the others are good now, it might be enough to stop even you, I have a plan, but we need to pretend you lost." I reply.

Maleficent looks me in the eye and nods, then turns her attention back to the VK's.

The battle goes on for 10 minutes and as Mal's reciting a spell, that I know won't work, Maleficent looks at me questioningly. I nod slightly, and she shrinks.

Everyone becomes unfrozen and I hear conversations all around me.

I don't really focus until Ben comes up to me.

"Ellie?" Ben asks.

"Uh yeah?" I reply focusing on him.

"You okay?" He asks concerned.

"Yeah, I'm great," I say truthfully.

Ben nods and walks over to his parents and I smirk as I walk out of the hall, it's time to start the plan. Long Live Evil.
