badass clary

chapter 6

Clarys POV

I open my eyes and I know exactly where I am. The institute,in the infirmary. I wake up alone I at least thought someone would be here. guess not. I get up not feeling great so I draw a stronger iraze on me. Then I notice a bathroom just what I need after being out for three days  the hot water felt so good on all my  sore muscles but the clothes that were left for me were not me. They expossed way too much - I felt like a stripper. The shirt was a corset I could hardly breathe and so much skin was exposed with tight leather pants and knee high boots. I didnt mind the boots they made me feel badass.

 I walk out f the bathroom I was hoping that someone would be here but they are not. I start to walk around the institute when I start to notice how beautiful it is. it's a Victorian style building and I'm in awe but I am snapped out of it when I hear a commotion coming up from the hall. I made my way up to the hall I made my way to the huge oak door. I hear yelling - im suprised they didnt put a soundless rune on the door.

'how can we even trust her!'

'shes a shadowHunter.'

'but she's a morgenstern!'

'so what!'

'are you blind!shes just like him!'

I walk into the room,I'm in awe with all of the books but i don't have time to look.

'at least I know what you all think of me' I yell.

'not all' Jace mumbles

'this is exactly why I have stayed away from people like you for this long.'

'isabelle now!' Alec yells

I am confused, I don't even realise what happening they have drawn a fire circle around me. I can't help but laugh at them.

'You guys really have no idea'

' At least everyone will be safe with you in the fire circle.'alec spits

I stay in the circle for a few minutes just to amuze them.

'okay this is boring now.' I state

they all look up at me. I smirk and step out of the stupid fire circle.

'what!? You shouldn't be able to do that!' Isabelle says

'yes normal shadowhunters can't do that. but I am not a normal shadowhunter- so i've been told.'

'you have some explaining to do little girl.' Alec snaps.

'my name isn't little girl. I do but I will not explain myself to a spoilt brat.' I snap!

'are you going to let her speak to me like that.' Alec questions

'think of it as endurance training' Jace smirks.

Alec looks like he is about to explode but Magnus finally walks in.

'maybe you can deal with the Morgenstern demon's Alec Huff's.

' don't call biscuit that' Magnus snaps.

all three shadowHunters look shocked.

Alec shakes himself out of  shock 'So this is her. That girl. The one shadowhunter that you care about.' Alec stutters.

'yep: Magnus says popping the p.

I just laugh. I can't believe this is the shadowhunter boy Magnus has been talking about.

'This brat is your boyfriend Magnus. I thought better of you.'

'biscuit...' Magnus sighs

'ah no. Don't. You should of heard some of the things he has said about me. He doesn't even know me! how could you be with someone that is so judgemental!' I scream'.

they all look shocked at me.

'Biscuit,I know he shouldn't of said any of that.' Magnus glared at Alec but notices the burn circle and laughs.'They tried to put you in a burn circle? obviously didn't work' Magnus questions.

'Yes we did. Why didn't it work,why didn't it burn her human side. Magnus?' Isabelle questions.

I huff loudly. They all stare at me. I don't want to tell them anything.

'Clary please tell them. You will need someone to protect you,they can help.' Magnus pleads. I know he is serious because he never ever calls me Clary.

'No. I don't even want to be here - let alone tell them my life story.' Magnus look at me again.   'Fine. But if they try anything- i will kill them myself.'

'is that a threat red?' Jace asks

'sure is pretty boy. I would shut up if you want to know what's going on.' I snap. Jace just raises one eyebrow. I wish i could do that.

'I will start with how I could step out of the burn circle. normal shadowhunters only have a quarter angel and the rest human so the burn circle reacts to the human side and would scold them. But I am not a regular shadowhunter I have more angel blood than most I am 3/4 angel so that's why the burn circle doesn't really work like it's hurts a tiny bit but no more than getting pricked by a needle.' I shrug my shoulders.

'But how do you have more angel blood?' Jace questions.

'Ah easy. My crazy father. He had three experiments that I know of. One was my brother he injected my mother with demon poison to make the ultimate warrior but he was too harsh. Then next experiment was actually on Jace here.' He looks shocked but nods his head to tell me to keep going.

' He was actually cut out of his mother's womb after valentine killed his mother and father and pretended like Jace was a Wayland but he is actually a when your mother was pregnant with you she was injected with angel blood to make a great warrior but apparently you were too soft not good enough to be Valentine's warrior. You are half angel and half human. Then the third experiment is me. Which he had no idea my mother was pregnant at the time she was just depressed about my brother being a demon child so he thought he would inject her with angel blood to make her feel better and a lot f it. she did feel better but escaped with me before he caught on that she was pregnant with me. So am more angel than all shadowhunters.' I smirked.

'But how do you know this?' Jace questioned

'Journals my mother stole from valentine. But now Valentine has taken my mother and knows I'm alive so he will be coming after me.'

'What!?why didn't you tell me biscuit!'magnus yells.

'well I've been out for three days And when I woke up I had to deal with these asshats.'

'okay okay. Do you even realise how much danger you are in now. You will need to protection. Valentine will come at you with everything Clary.'

I just nod at Magnus.
