As they stepped through the portal Hodge was waiting for them.

'Ah so much for Hodge not finding out.'Clary smirked.

The trio just glared at her. While Hodge was glaring at Clary he decided to speak.

'Ah so I guess you mean it when you say you cant stop me Clarissa.'

Clary growled at the name Clarissa.

'Obviously Starkweather' Clary growled.

'It looks like you have some explaining to do Clarissa.' Hodge smirked

Clary just smirked back.

'I may have some explaining to do just not to you.'

'And why not Clarissa? Hodge growled

'I sure as hell don't owe you an explanation Starkweather. I don't trust you. You were one of his men before and probably still are. Do you think i haven't noticed the ring? Clarissa seethes.

The three shadow hunters are watching very cautiously.

'Ah well you are smarter than you look.' Hodge smiled

'Oh Hodge I am always right you should know that after following a morgenstern even after hes dead.' Clary smirked.

'I cant believe it..' Izzy shrieked

With that Alec and Jace dragged Hodge to a holding cell.

Clary was watching the Lightwoods and Jace talk amongst themselves before she decided to speak up.

'I am surprised none of you noticed especially you Jace.' Clary said

'What is the suppose to mean? Jace seethed

'It means Valentine had the same ring.' Clary growled back and with that she walked off.

Jace was mad at himself. Clary was right he should have noticed before now.

The next morning Clary woke up and it was surprisingly quiet. No one was up. Clary decided to make breakfast for everyone Bacon and eggs,pancakes the works as Clary was putting the food on the table the trio walked in Jace smirked, Alec actually smiled and Izzy said'I was going to make breakfast today.'

Everyone groaned 'Thank the angel you didn't we all want to live another day.' Jace exclaimed.

Izzy was about to respond when a lady who looked like an older version of Izzy walked in and a mini Alec.

'Is that you Jocelyn?' She questioned

'Ah no.. My name is Clary.'

'Oh I am sorry. You look just like her. Don't worry I know all about you.' she said

'sure you have.'
