Betty's Point Of View-
"You just going to stand there and stare, or are you going to give me a hug and tell my all about the time last week when you stabbed a guy in the thigh" Ronnie shouted hanging out of the window of the truck, I could see pink and red hair in the back, and two tall figures in the front.
"Oh my god" I cried running towards the car, the girls flying out to meet me, and I got attacked with a group hug and I looked over to the boys who were smoking and laughing with each other.
"We gotta hit the road baby girl or we won't make it back by Monday!" Jughead laughed beeping his horn after about fifteen minutes or so. It's been two months and I'm crying like I haven't saw them for years.
I ran over to our car and looked at the two bags already packed back in the back seat.
"How did you make all of this happen" I squealed putting my seatbelt on.
"Oh you know how charming I am, and what I'm capable of persuading people to do" he laughed turning out of the parking lot, and I watched as we followed the car in front.
"Let me guess, your grandma died, she loves me like her own, and it would mean the most if I was there to help the family "heal"" I laughed with air quotes.
"Ooohhh so close, it was your grandma, she loves me like a son, and I'm the one who needs to help you to heal" he laughed, then doing what he always does, rests one hand on my leg whilst he drives with the other.
"Why did you do this?" I grinned, that smile that has been plastered on my face since I met him, I turned in my seat to face him grabbing the snacks out of the glove box.
"You were so sad, and on edge after chuck, I just wanted to see you happy again, and Riverdale for some crazy reason makes you happy" he grinned and I felt my heart flutter.
"This is nice and all, but we need to have a grown up serious talk" I said, he's in a good mood, I'll have to break this to him now, better now than never.
Jugheads Point Of View-
"Oh my god what?" I gasped looking over to her, her hands were knitting in her lap.
"Jughead, I'm bleeding" she said nervously.
"That's normal" I sighed a sigh of relief.
"Not when I get the injection to stop my periods and I haven't bled since I met you" she said even more quiet, scaring me. I'm more concerned about her sexual health, I've secretly wanted a baby for ages, but what does this mean?
Is she pregnant? Is she having a miscarriage?
"Have you been in any pain?" I said pulling over to the side of the road.
"No, but I have gained a few pounds, have you not noticed why we haven't you know, touched each other for like 4 weeks." She said staring out of the window.
Now it was my turn to turn towards her.
"I thought that was because of chuck?" I said, now it really was all making sense.
"No juggie, it's because I'm fat" she laughed but her voice broke, and my eyebrows almost folded into my head.
"Your not fat babe" I said resting my head in my hands.
"What if somehow, my contraception didn't work and we've you know made a baby, and I've killed it with all the partying we've been doing" she started to cry, her words spluttering out as fast as her tears were.
"Baby don't say that" I choked out.
"I'm sorry Jughead" she cried even more and I had to lean over to envelope her in my arms.
