"Harry?" I groaned, opening my eyes to see his sweaty body next to mine on the couch.

"Shhhh just sleep" He mumbled, rubbing his head on my chest.

I checked my phone, 6:47 AM.

It was almost time for me to get up anyways.

I snuck out of his arms and went over to the kitchen, starting a pot of coffee.

I threw on a pair of leggings and a olive green sweater he had.

This one smelled more like him, like he's worn it recently.

The scent of vanilla lingering stronger than the others I've worn.

I put on my ankle boots before I went to do my makeup, braiding my hair in one long french braid before getting up and walking out of the bathroom.

I found a cup with a twist on lid and threw some ice in it, but as I was rummaging through the fridge for his creamer I felt a warm hand press against my shoulder.

"Angel" He sighed, me turning around to face him.

"Morning" I slightly smiled, his eyes tired.

"I slept with you last night" He smiled, pulling the creamer out of the fridge, handing it to me.

"But I pissed you off" I sighed, mixing the coffee and creamer together, adding ice after.

"I still care for you, I still want to sleep next to you. You make me feel safe" He admitted, a smile growing on my face.

"Me? Making you feel safe?" I teased, stirring the coffee with a spoon before putting the top on.

"I know, you are small. I guess you can't protect me" He smiled, coming closer to me.

He got closer than he has before, except when he's kissed me of course.

I guess I've never thought about it again, or my feelings for him.

I knew why we couldn't be together, so I just let it slip my mind.

I hid my feelings away really, it was too much of a risk for him and me.

His hands gently cupped my face, his forehead pressing against mine.

My heart started beating faster, and my cheeks turned bright red.

"I always want to wake up next to you" He whispered, his green eyes staring so intensely into mine.

"H-harry" I stuttered, looking at the clock behind us.

"Yes angel" He smiled gently, his lips getting closer.

"It's 7:30" I gulped, but his eyes remained calm.

"Okay, doll. Let me put some clothes on"

And then he pulled away like it was nothing.

Like he wasn't about to kiss me.

"Lets go" He smiled brightly, his keys in his hand.

I just nodded, grabbing my cup and following behind him.

"Emma" I heard a female voice call, guilt immediately flowed through my veins.

Kelly.

"Hi" I smiled slightly, her eyes weren't harsh as I expected.

They were soft, filled with pity.

"You ran away?" She whispered, sitting down at the lunch table I sat at.

"Yes" I nodded, not daring to look at her.

"Your parents came looking for you, well your dad" She frowned, placing her hand on top of mine.

"He called me" I said, finally looking up at her.

"I'm sorry Emma, your dad explained everything" She sighed, her grip on my hand tight.

"Its fine I guess, I just need space" I explained, keeping an eyes on her face, pity all over it.

"At least your parents are together" She tried to crack a smile, but her pain soon removed that smile.

"I know, I'm lucky, I'm not saying I'm not" I sighed, gripping her hand back.

"I love you Emma, are you safe?" She finally asked, scooting closer in her seat to mine.

"Yes, Kelly. I promise you I'm safe" I smiled, a real one.

"I swear if you need anything I'm here, you can even stay at mine, as long as you need" She rambled on, her eyes lighting up.

"Kelly I promise you we'll hang out soon, but I really need a break" I frowned, realizing how much I did miss this girl.

"I understand Emma" She smiled, those brown eyes of hers so comforting.

"Let me walk you to class" She smiled, hugging me as the bell rang.

"How was your day?" Harry asked me as he entered the dining room, where I was doing my homework.

"Pretty good actually" I smiled, shutting my AP trig text book seeing as I was done with it.

"That makes me happy" He smiled warmly, handing me a class of water.

"Thank you" I smiled, taking out my history book.

"How much more homework do you have left, doll?" He asked, sitting down across from me, setting another notebook down in-front of him.

"Just these history questions, I've already studied the periodic table and read and annotated my book" I sighed, opening to the page in my books.

"Is that a new notebook?" I asked, looking at the bigger notebook he had.

"Yeah, I ran out of pages" He shrugged, his pen hitting the paper.

I just hummed, writing down the answers that I found in the book.

"I've had a little muse lately" He spoke, his voice was low, lower than usual.

"Whats it been?" I asked, writing down the final answer.

"This girl" He smiled, looking down at his pen moving along the lines of the paper.

"Who?" I asked, trying to brush off the pang of jealousy that was sent through my heart.

"Shes gorgeous, younger than me" The smile still played upon those perfect pink lips of his.

"Yeah?" I asked, pretending to still look in the book for answers even though I got them already.

"Shes full of life, she gives me emotions I've never felt before" He continued, my heart felt heavy.

I should have expected this though.

He's young, handsome, sweet.

He deserves someone that makes him happy.

"Thats great Harry, I'm happy for you" I smiled, it was fake.

I was jealous, full on envy for that girl.

She got Harry.

Harry deserves the world.

I'm not the world.

I'm just a helpless sixteen year old girl.
