[A/N: i know it's not snow season for most of you guys yet but it snowed where i live so i'm gonna write a cute snow chapter!]

"Come on, it's snowing! We gotta go play in the first big snow of the year, it's good luck!" Peter exclaimed, already bundled up in all his winter gear including snowpants, and a toque (or as most of the world calls it, a winter hat). He had a scarf wrapped around his face which covered his mouth and nose, making him look ridiculous.

"Fine. But it isn't good luck, you made that up!" Ned accused, and Peter gasped, mumbling something about hitting Ned with a snowball.

It took almost 10 minutes for Ned to get ready to be in the snow, but once he was ready he practically rushed out to the front yard to get a head start on their previously negotiated snowman building competition. Peter rushed out after him, jumping as high as he could and landing on the opposite side of the yard, almost falling into the snow. He started making a snowball, rolling it around in an organized path and making sure to not waste any snow. He made the ball big but not too big, deciding to make a traditional snowman. He started on the second ball while Ned struggled with his own "snowman".

He was gonna make a snow-dog, but it was a lot harder to make than a snowman because a snow-dog isn't just circles. He kept trying, though, because he really wanted to win.

An hour later they were both done their snowmen. Peter's was a regular snowman except upside down, with the biggest ball on top. He even put the face on upside down, as if the snowman was doing a headstand.

Ned's snow-dog was vaguely dog-looking. That's all he had to say about it, really.

"So, who won?" Ned asked after taking a good look at Peter's snowman. The answer was obvious.

"You do. It's... Yours is cute! It's dog-ish. Mine is just upside-down, and I'm pretty sure using super strength to put the biggest ball on top is cheating." Peter admitted, and Ned had to agree. Superpowers were cheating.

"And you know the rules, winner starts the snowball fight. And I'm not allowed to listen to my spidey sense during the fight." Peter sighed and waited for the snowball to hit him. And it did, hitting the center of his chest. He grinned and picked up some snow, making a snowball and tossing it at Ned, who dodged it and stumbled onto the snow-dog, crushing it.

"You made me kill Sparky! I will avenge him!" Ned yelled dramatically, wiping away a fake tear and making a huge snowball, lobbing it at Peter as hard as he could. Since it was too big and Ned couldn't throw very hard, it smashed on the ground in front of Peter who laughed.

"Rest in peace Sparky the dog-ish snow thing. He will be missed." Peter picked up a handful of snow and threw it at Ned, this time actually hitting him.

"Oh, it's on now!" Ned challenged, picking up more snow and throwing it towards Peter who barely dodged, grinning cockily and then getting hit by another snowball.

He retaliated by hiding behind the upside-down snowman, making a bunch of snowballs and holding them in his arm, rapidly throwing them at Ned who got hit by every single one, dramatically falling onto one knee.

"I... I've been defeated." He said, pretending to be in pain. Peter took one of the arms from his upside-down snowman and walked over to Ned, pointing it at him.

"You've lost. I will fulfill one last request, as I am a merciful tyrant." He said darkly, deepening his voice to sound more intimidating even though he wanted to laugh at his stupidly dramatic he was being. Ned looked at him with a smirk on his face.

"Then perish." He said, before hitting Peter in the face with an icy cold ball of snow. Peter dropped the stick and stumbled backwards, falling into his upside-down snowman and knocking it over, wiping snow away from his face. A bit of snow got into his jacket and he shivered, ready to go inside.

"I yield!" He yelled as Ned picked up the stick and pointed it at him. Ned dropped the stick and helped Peter up.

"Wanna go inside?" Peter asked, and Ned nodded. They rushed inside and took all their winter stuff off, shivering even though they were inside now. Peter was extra cold, especially since after getting bitten by that spider he had trouble regulating temperature and always ended up too cold.

Ned went to the kitchen to make hot chocolate while Peter set up the couch with tons of blankets to cuddle under. It was his turn to pick the movie and he chose Love, Simon because he hadn't actually seen it yet and neither had Ned. They had been saving it for a special occasion and today was the day, they were finally gonna see it.

Once Ned returned with the hot chocolate they both snuggled up under the blankets, cuddled together for warmth. Ned pressed play and took a sip of his hot chocolate.

This was a perfect end to a perfect day.
