Ask Yourself These Things About Your OTP
• Who worries about what they will look like when they are older?
Neither of them, really. Ned worries about his weight in the future a bit, but Peter always reassures him that he'll always look great.
• Who hogs the blanket?
Peter is more of a blanket hog. Since the spider DNA stops him from properly regulating temperature, he gets cold easily and always wraps himself into a blanket burrito. Ned doesn't mind, though.
• Who eats the others uneaten pizza crusts?
Peter loves pizza crusts, while Ned can't stand them. Peter always takes the crust from Ned's pizza slices right away because they're his favourite part of the pizza. Ned, in return, takes the olives off Peter's pizza because Peter hates olives and Ned loves them.
     Peter doesn't really hate olives, but Ned loves them so much that he just lets him take them.
• Who is more likely to cry over a sad book or movie?
Both of them. Whenever they watch a sad scene in a movie together they both turn into crying messes. Ned cries silently while Peter is always full-on sobbing and hiding his face in the blanket/Ned's shoulder.
• Who talks smack while playing video games?
They both do. Peter practices his insults in his head before they play. Ned has a secret notebook of insults to use. They always make sure to not say anything actually hurtful, though.
• Who sings along with the radio?
Ned sings along with the radio when he's alone or when he thinks Peter isn't listening, since he's a bit self conscious about his voice. Peter always sings as loud as he can no matter who's around, even though his singing is horrible.
• Who would enter them both into a talent show?
Peter would enter them both into a singing competition. Ned would chicken out at the last minute and they would both just skip the whole thing, going for ice cream instead with Peter apologizing for signing Ned up without permission.
• Who would accidentally set the kitchen on fire while cooking?
Peter. He never learned to cook anything more complicated than grilled cheese and he can't seem to learn any new skills. Ned, on the other hand, is ridiculously good at cooking. He took cooking classes when he was little, and is almost as good as a professional chef. He likes to try and teach Peter to cook more things, ending in a hilarious disaster with them both in the kitchen, usually covered in food somehow.
• Who would throw the other into a pool?
Peter would throw Ned into a pool. Ned, in retaliation, would throw Peter into the pool immediately after getting out. Then they would spend the next hour complaining about being soaking wet.
• Who shops for groceries?
They go grocery shopping together. Peter is in charge of holding the list and making sure they get everything on it, while Ned is in charge of pushing the cart, finding all the stuff, and stopping Peter from buying dumb off-brand products or more Spiderman cereal than necessary.
• Who kills the spiders?
Neither of them. Ned takes the spiders outside while Peter cowers in fear, usually on a table or on the ceiling.
• Who is the morning/night person?
Ned is a morning person. He's always up way before Peter, either making breakfast or rewatching The Office for the hundredth time. Peter is a night owl, always up late and sitting upside down on the ceiling with his laptop, watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
• Who proposes?
Peter. Ned is always too scared to, since he sort of feels like he isn't good enough for Peter.
