I was still sitting on the ground my gun in hand before I slowly realized that all that had happened... wasn't my fault... and Trent... how dare he use my family in vain! I WAS PISSED! I shot up loading my gun before heading back to the festival! There were surprises faces as I once again pushed my way through the crowd back to the stage... there on the stage was Zavala yelling at Trent to find his place and in the middle of the two was (Y/N)... She pushed them apart standing in between the two walking balls of Testosterone, and told them both to back off. With a swift motion Trent slammed his fist into (Y/N) jaw, se staggered back gripping her jaw. Zavala being the gentleman he was walked over to help her, then Trent's gaze fell on me and with open arms inviting me to the stage he said. "Well look who's back for-" With out even so much as a warning I punched Trent square in the jaw. He clutched his face scoffing at my sudden out burst. " THATS FOR TY AND LUKAS!" I punched him in the stomach as he doubled over u yelled, " THATS FOR USEING MY FAMILY IN VAIN!" And then with one final look of disgust I grabbed his head, crushing it between my metal fingersbefore leaning in close and with a whisper I said, " and this is for hurting the girl that I love!" And with one swift motion of my hand Trent lay limp on the floor, before he got up and started pounding towards me, we fumbled for a while before I felt a hand grab me and pull me back, it was Zavala. The a yell as (Y/N) screamed, " both of u need to chill out!" She said, her eyes shifted to me, I scoffed still being held back by Zavala. " Hey it's not my fault he punches just about as bad as he can wield the light!" I grinned stupidly, Trent giving me a glare, a few Guardianswearing full armor came up and started dragging him away. Sure i started the fight but, from what u heard, Trent had been harassing female Guardiansall night, one of them had actual held a gun to his head. I doubt she would have done anything but even hearing the news was quitefunny! As they dragged him away he yelled at the crowd who was still watching in horror, " HES NOT FIT! HE DOSENT DESERVE TO BE A VANGUARD!!" The words hung in the air as people tried to go back to casual conversation. I sighed feeling my jaw. Maybe I had gone too far... maybe I had been a little harsh... But he punched (Y/N)! And for that he can go rot in the drednoughts dungeons for all I care! Once Zavala thought it safe enough, he let go of me, I rushed over to (Y/N) who was holding the side of her face.

Sure I wasn't impressed that Cayde hadn't told me anything about is gambling... and sure I wasn't impressed with the fact that Cayde had beaten up Trent real bad... But I understood where he was coming from. I held the side of my face where Trent had punched me, guess he's not out to get me to fall for him anymore. I wiped furiously at it, I knew it wouldn't help but I was mad! At everyone an everything! Cayde came over, he tried to get me to lower my hand but like HELL I was going to show him my bruise... if I did, I think Trent would be buried somewhere in a graveyard rather then be in a prison cell! I put my mask back on turning away from Cayde so he couldn't see the bruise as I did so. With a worried and sorrowful look he pulled me in for a hug. " U know I hate u right?" He said into my hair, is sighed, " that's ok I hate u to..." we sat there in each other's arms for a while not moving or saying anything... Right then and there... It just felt Right..
