It had been a full day since Ripa 'Moramee was released and by now the ex-Arbiter was convinced by Courseman Rtazo and Shipmaster Vore that Jaune and the Banished were not his enemies. They explained the Prophets lies, the betrayal and slaughter of the elites, the fall of the Covenant, the Didact's failed attack on Earth, the uprising of Cortana and the Created, and most importantly, Atriox and the rise of the Banished. The Arbiter was convinced and accepted the offer to join the Banished. He now serves Atriox and the rest of the Banished. His semblance was immediately unlocked after his aura was, it covered his body likes orange fire and it caused all in the room to stumble backward from his power and internal rage that it siphoned off of.
On another note, by now most of the Banished forces on Remnant had aura, but very few actually had a semblance that could function properly.
Their main bases were stationed in Mistral, Vale, and Menegerie; with various smaller bases scattered in between.
Jaune POV:

I looked towards Remnant from the bridge, it was a sight that never grew old, looking down on such a green, beautiful planet, but it held greater and darker secrets that diminished its beauty.
Recently Josh was able to make Cinder talk by using the infused engineer Calmy Floats. The engineer was moved from Voridus's forces to my forces a few weeks back before our expedition to Remnant. The engineer was... unique to say the least, it showed no interest in Forerunner technology unlike its other healthy brothers, it showed more aggressive personality than a normal hurgok would have, it also seemed to enjoy torturing the prisoners extracting them of all info they had, the Storm Covenant prisoners on board could testify for this. I still feared the hurgok and still haven't met it personally because of this fear.
Josh had given me the info that was extracted from Cinder and I was surprised. Cinder Fall served Salem, the Queen of The Grimm. I also received info that many others served Salem such as Dr Arthur Watts, Tyrian Callows, Hazel Rainhart, and even the traitorous Leonardo Lionheart of Haven academy. Josh also explained of the Maidens, the relics, Salem and Ozpin's secret war that had been taking place under everyone's noses. This burned anger into me. Ozpin had lied to them, to the huntsmen and huntresses, to everyone.
Salem was no better.
She had fought Ozpin, destroyed civilization, and had thrown away countless lives for what? For a chance to prove her strength? For power over the world? To be a god?
To my eyes, the two of them were no better than the leaders of the old Covenant, who lied to their followers of the true nature of the 'Great Journey'. Both were nothing more than opposite sides of the same coin.
I slammed my closed fist on the armrest of the gravity chair out of anger. I would make sure to take care of the situation much later and I will make sure that Ozpin and Salem get what they deserve.
"Josh, you have excelled and complete every mission given to you, I am impressed." I congratulated the agent.
"Thank you, Shipmaster."
"You are to assume all control over the our Faunus forces on Remnant and you have permission to conduct a few minor operations of your own, just as long as it doesn't reach the eyes of the public." I said with a voice that hinted that I encouraged his secretive actions toward the people of Remnant.
