Okay here are the two options
1. After the breach Jaune comes in with reinforcements along with the "Retribution's Arc" sweeping the Grimm away. He is then intercepted by his old team and team RWBY and allows himself to be captured while the rest of his men retreat.
2. Jaune gets the crashed UNSC Paris's- class frigate fixed and gets a large amount of his Faunus followers in UNSC gear and gets to the breach, clears it up under disguise and makes the Banished existence unknown and uses the UNSC as a mask and doesn't get caught.
