CHAPTER FOURTEEN
(mature content)
We were all seated in the meeting room, the boys were watching me as I drew out a sketch of the mansion. I drew out a copy of the blueprints I memorized, labeling out the security camera locations and the guarding stations. Also labeling each room and what they're uses are.
"There is only two rooms I wasn't allowed in." I drew two large red circles over the rooms. "My father's room and a room in the basement. The basement room has 100 percent surveillance coverage and is locked with a digital code protected vault. I'm sure if Jungkook and I worked together we could hack into it. My father's room stays locked by a key, my father wears the key around his neck. If Chae was anywhere I'd say she's in the basement room." After I finished the sketch Namjoon slid it over in front of him. He looked over it and made some notes on a seperate piece of paper, he ran some numbers through his head and paused before looking up at us.
"Roughly how many employees does your father have." Namjoon was spinning the pen in his fingers and raking his other hand through his hair.
"Last count was nearly 200 and I counted the week I left." Namjoon nodded and rubbed the back of his neck before turning to Jin.
"8 can't take 200. We need to get together with allies, people who hate your father. Which won't be hard to find, only few tolerate the Kang Mafia." Jin spoke up and turned toward me with a blank face. "No offence."
"None taken?" I responded confused on why he'd think I give a shit about my mafia family. "I'm Amphis now." Jin smiled and Tae pinched my cheek from his seat beside me.
"Aw! Baby! You're accepting us!" Taehyung held my face in his hands and I smiled at how cute he is. But Jungkook was quick to kick his swivel chair away from me, resulting in him flying across the room with a scream.
"Focus Jeon, Tae I won't hesitate." Jin said raising his hand signalling he would hit them. Jungkook sunk in his chair, I put my leg over his letting him be my leg rest. He seemed to perk up at the contact. Taehyung returned to the table and apologized.
"I can talk to some low income gangs, see if they want to help." Yoongi said. "I can go back to Daegu bring back some of my old team." I tilted my head, not familiar with Yoongi's past. Jin simply nodded and began scrolling through his computer checking files on gangs and other mafia families. The Kang mafia was one of the original Korean mafias, it's been apart of my family for nearly 100 years. But once you get greedy you fall, and my father did just that. The only other threat to the Kang mafia is a Japanese mafia, the Sato family.
"I know someone who can help us." I said and Namjoon turned to look at me. "Sato family, they are the biggest mafia in Japan. They work alongside the police and military, and they hate me and my father. Mostly my father, but I'd have one of you reach out to them. If they hear from me they won't listen."
Namjoon nodded and stood up from the table. "Okay, dismissed business unit stay, we have a lot of phone calls to make."
I stood from my chair walking past Jungkook to leave the room. He turned in his chair and stopped me, pulling me down for a quick kiss. I pulled away and looked around expecting the boys to try to poke fun at us, but they weren't looking. Everyone was working and looking through files, digging through papers. So I kissed him again, it was short but rough.
"I'll find you when I'm finished. Go eat something." Jungkook said and I nodded before walking out of the room, I was pretty hunger.

I made my way downstair and into a quiet, empty office. I closed the door behind me and sat down at the desk pulling out the cheap burner phone I had purchased the other day. Dialing his number I hesitated calling, we weren't that close, we didn't have a strong friendship. But we still knew a lot about one another's minds, we had opened up to one another. So I pressed the call button and held it to my ear.
