Chapter 7

Ginny was very confused at this point. She checked her watch, it read 5:00. Everyone had to leave by 10:00 for safety reasons, but luckily Hermione and Harry where staying over the rest of the summer. She would have the rest of the summer to win him back, but she knew if she didn't now, she never will. Ginny turned and headed for the stairs. "Hermione!" She yelled in shock. "I thought you where watching a movie." She asked. "Yeah I was but I don't really like the movie they are watching and I realized I haven't spent time with anyone els, including you. How are you?" "Alright I guess. You haven't said hello to anyone? Well Hagrid is over there and I think he would be pleased to see you." "Oh! I miss Hagrid. Yeah Ill go have a word with him if you don't mind." Ginny smiled. "Ill leave you to it." Hermione continued going down the stairs and Ginny continued going up the stairs. Just Harry and my brother. She thought to herself. Only Harry and Ron are up there. She turned the corner and was about to continue climbing the stairs when she ran into her brother. "Ah!" She screamed and fell back. "Oh,Ginny! Sorry I didn't see you there. You okay?" Ron said as he helped her to her feet. "Yeah I'm okay. Hey, why are you leaving to? Whatever happened to the movie?" Oh, I was going to watch it but then Hermione left. Better tell her how I feel now before its to late. Speaking of which, do you know where she is?" Ginny was shocked at what he had said. She didn't know he fancied Hermione. "Umm yeah I think she was going to go see Hagrid." Okay thanks!" He said before continuing to run down the stairs. Ginny smiled so brightly you would of thought she had gotten all A's on her O.W.L's. "Never mind. Make that just Harry up there." She said and continued to climb the stairs. She came across Ron's room where they had been watching the movie. "Hi. Harry." Ginny said quietly, not wanting to startle him. Harry looked up and saw Ginny in the doorway. He gave her a little smile and looked back down, but Ginny was too quick for him. She noticed his eyes stained with tears. "Harry! What's wrong?" Ginny asked her voice full of concern. "Nothing. It's-nothing." Ginny gave him a look that said 'your not getting out of this.' "You can tell me. Don't you trust me?" Harry looked up and studied her face carefully. "It's October 31. The day my mother and father died. The day I got got this scar. The day the world changed for me." Ginny looked at him in shock. "Harry." Ginny said softly. She ran across the room and ran right into his arms. She held onto him tightly. Not wanting to let go. While still giving him a hug, she said, "I'm so sorry. That's why Ron and Hermione left, wasn't it? You wanted some time alone. Ill leave if you like." She said and she turned to leave, brushing a tear off her cheek as she went. "No. Stay with me." Ginny turned around and looked at him closely. She slowly started to walk toward him. She soon became close enough that she could see all the little freckles on his nose. To Ginny's surprise, he didn't move back. She slowly leaned in and gave him a kiss. She kissed him back. It was a small kiss but was full of love. Harry pulled back and smiled at Ginny. "I know we broke up, but I still have feeling for you. Judging by the way this last couple minutes just happened, I think you still have feelings for me to. Although I always have had feelings for you. You know why I broke up with you. Will you take me back?" Ginny smiled at Harry and kissed him again. "I'll take that as a yes. They both sat down on the couch. "And to answer your question from before, no Ron and Hermione didn't realize what day it was I don't know why they left." "Oh really? Well then Ron really does have feelings for Hermione." Ginny rested her head on harry shoulder. Moments later, she sprung back up. "Wait. Did I just say Ron has feelings for Hermione?!??" They both shivered. "Gross." "Wanna watch the movie the three of us where supposed to watch." Ginny smiled. "Sure." She rested her head on his shoulder and harry out his arm around her. Together they watched the movie. Only needing each other to have a good time.
