The rest of the lesson went pretty smoothly. I had managed to force myself in to listening to the teacher, so I at least got some information. When the bell rang, signalling that the next lesson would begin soon, I picked my schedule out of my bag and looked to see where my next lesson would be. It said 2.03, I had no clue where that was, but I just walked out of class anyway.

I decided to go left to see if the classroom was there, but before I could someone gently pulled me in the other direction. "This way" I looked up and saw Casey again, "you have French now as well, right?" I nodded, feeling a bit embarrassed that he actually had to lead me to the next class. I don't think he minded though, because he was still smiling brightly. But then again, does that boy ever stop smiling?

It turns out that Casey and I have the exact same schedule. I don't have one lesson with out him. It like the universe is trying to taunt me or something. On the bright sight, I could just following him to get to the right class. I mean there are more bright sides but we're not talking about those now.

Casey told me that all of his friends were in other classes, so he was really glad he had a friend in his class now. I've known this boy for two days and he already considers me a friend. Kind of crazy actually, I'm usually not that good at making friends. It must be Casey's charming personality.

After French I had one more lesson before lunch break, geography. French was a bit scary for me, because I was never fantastic at it. People here speak it quite well, some even speak it fluently. The teacher had asked me to introduced myself in French, which I guess went kind of well if you exclude my terrible accent. The teacher, mrs Moreau, had spoken the rest of the lesson only French. I tried really hard to understand it, but somethings I didn't get at all. Casey saw me struggle and ended up translating a few sentences for me.

I really liked the geography lesson. The teacher, mr Morris, had a really nice voice and was really good at explaining the subjects in a clear way. I was completely involved throughout the whole lesson. Which rarely happens, usually at some point in a lesson I'll start doodling in my notebook or just blankly staring out the window.

After geography I stayed a little longer to talk to mr Morris, he told me what we were going to learn about this year. It turns out it's really not that different compared to my old school. Which made me feel more confident about this year, and about the tests I had to make.

I didn't see Casey anymore, so I had to walk myself to the cafeteria. I guess he went to look for his friends, besides I shouldn't really force myself upon him. Maybe keep a little distance, because I know how easily I get attached to someone. I get really clingy when I've let you in my life.

I had already mentally prepared myself for the fact that I would probably sit alone at lunch, which I didn't mind at all by the way. I made my way to the first free table I saw, and sat down. I grabbed the sandwiches, the ones I had made this morning, I grabbed a book and my phone. I put my earphones in and put Niall Horan's new album on the highest volume, and tried to distance myself from the world.

I felt someone tap my shoulder and when I looked up, I saw Casey with three other people who I guess were his friends. "Hi" he smiled, the sunshine one. I really wondered if he even had another one. I pulled both of my earbuds out of my ears and smiled back, "hello". Casey went to sit next to me, and his friends on the other side of the table. I closed my book and looked up at them.

"Guys, this is Hailey. The girl I told you about" I smiled shyly. "Hello I'm Christie" the girl with the raven black hair said sweetly. She had her hair up in a ponytail and was wearing a black turtleneck sweater. "This are Ashton and Luke" she introduced the two boys next to her. They both greeted me politely.
