A Sight For Sore Eyes

Kakashi x Reader ch.12

(Y/N)'s p.o.v

"gah!" i groan in pain from the hit to my face, tears running down my face in fear as my eyes widen when i look at the tall figure in front of me, his orange hair and weird piercings all over himself, the candle lighting made him look even more scary than he already was. he is the one he calls himself pein. i don't know how i got here, i was having a conversation with itachi...then i got teleported here inside this room with pein, he punched and sliced at me with his kunai. I am in a corner, my knees up to my chest as i use my hands to guard my chest area in case he goes for the heart, i have cuts on my legs and arms, my knees and elbows had gashes on them from falling to the ground. i was covered in soot and dirt, my (S/C) now a shade darker from it, the only clean part was the tracks my tears left behind when falling down my cheeks and onto the muddy floor. i scream in pain as he grabs my forearm so tight that it breaks, having it in a slight angle that i shouldn't be in, i lays down on the floor and curl into a ball, having my arm and legs surrounding the broken arm, my sobs where loud and blood curdling. i couldn't notice until now that Tobi was yelling through the other side of the door, he demanded to come in...he wanted pain to not hurt me....why would he want me safe? the thoughts wash away as pein yet again cuts me with a kunai and kicks me in my back, i groan in pain again "p.....pl...ease" i whine quietly, as i look up into pein's cold dead eyes with my hurt broken ones. he doesn't say anything but just walks out of the room, having the door wide open. Tobi and Itachi run in and sit on their knees and scoop me up, they where both hugging me tightly, it hurt like hell but my voice couldn't work so i didn't say anything. the mud stings like hell from going into my fresh cuts and gashes, and i feel like throwing up when i look at my broken arm, i also could tell i had a sprained ankle. they stand up, having me still in there arms, they take me to a room that i never seen before. it was like an actual bedroom, but the walls and floor where the same as the other rooms, they bring me into a bathroom. tobi turns on the water in the bathtub while itachi places me on the counter, itachi then starts taking the clothes off of me, i blush a deep red but i know they're trying to help so i let it happen. i could tell tobi and itachi where blushing also, even if tobi had a mask on, i could tell by the sound of his heart beat. since there cloaks are really long and could get wet, they take them off. they were wearing normal ninja clothes underneath, they pull up their sleeves, itachi sets me down in the bathtub, it wasn't hot but it still stinged my wounds, i flinch "it won't hurt for long, just relax" itachi says as he start putting shampoo in my hair, i give him an 'are you serious look' he chuckles slightly "yes i know this is awkward and embarrassing but we just want to help. now tobi go get the first aid kit" itachi says, tobi nods and walks out of the room to go get it. it only took about 5 minutes to get me clean from the blood and dirt, itachi sets me on the counter again and dries me off with a fluffy towel. when he rubs the towel against my face i lean into it and hum softly from the softness, he smiles softly. soon tobi comes back with the first aid kit and a pair of clothes, tobi patched me up with bandages and patches. i turn around and look in the mirror behind me, i had a black left eye so they put a patch over it, i also had a bruise on my right cheek, my arm is safely secure with bandages and so are my legs and torso. i grab the clothes and change into them "you look cute" itachi says, my voice still hasn't returned so i nodded in thanks. i was wearing a long sleeve crop top with a raised collar so it covered my mouth, the inside of the crop top was filled with super fluffy and soft fur which i instantly cuddled into, i had black leggings with a pair of below knee boots which also had fluff in it. i was basically all warm and cosy, i hug itachi and tobi and rub my cheek against there cloaks in a cute way to thank them, itachi ruffles my hair "no problem" he says, tobi hugs me tightly "i was so worried! pein is a very mean person!" he whines, i sweatdrop at his ridiculousness, so does itachi. i then get let go of the hug, i look itachi straight in the eyes, he looks at me confused "what is it?" he asks, i use my hands to form into the shape of a house, he nods understanding "you want to go home" he says, i nod and smile "okay, we'll leave in an hour, first you need to eat" itachi says, i nod. tobi looks worried "i'm coming along too!" he says, i giggle a little and nod happily.

The food wasn't much, just an apple and some soup, but it will last at least until i get to the village. i grabbed my kunai pouch and headband and walk up to itachi and tobi, they nod and i nod back. we then walk to the end out the cave and out into the forest, i look at the night sky as i take a deep breath of fresh air, i look at the beautiful grass and as we walk through,pretty fireflies illuminate the area. itachi chuckles a little as he watches me stare at everything in awe, the once broken eyes now brought back to life and are flaring there once beautiful glow of love and friendship 'she really is a sight for sore eyes' tobi and itachi thought (not in the love way, kakashi has already tooken (Y/N) ) we walk slowly through the woods because of my sprained ankle and of how everything is so pretty at night, before i new it i felt something cold on my nose, i look up to see snow slowly falling. i look up at it in amazement with my eyes wide and full of happiness "is this your first time seeing snow?" itachi asks, i shake my head "no, i've seen it many times before, but with being in the ANBU and everything, i never have time to just look at it and not be scared to be killed or have the need to kill someone" i explain with my voice cracking and almost giving out in the end, i decide not to talk until i fully regain my vocal cords, itachi nods. i then get picked up and put on tobi's shoulders "(Y/N)-chan's ankle is hurt, she should not be walking, so tobi-senpai shall carry you! and you can take your time to look at the snow and stars!" tobi explains happily, i nod and smile, grateful for having these people as my friends.

*kakashi's p.o.v*

after getting approved by the hokage to search for (Y/N), i instantly run out of the village and track down the direction the chakra on the kunai is leading me. it soon starts to snow, i adjust my mask on my face as i gain speed, i soon see 2 people? no three, in a cleared out part of the forest. i jump into the trees and watch as they walk closer, my heart drops '(Y/N)?' i ask myself, she is with the akatsuki, and even riding on one of their shoulders, she looks happy? but it's the akatsuki..maybe she has a good reason. i jump down from the tree and in front of them.

(Y/N)'s p.o.v

kakashi!? i couldn't believe it! since i couldn't speak i just clapped happily and cried tears of happiness, tobi gently sets me down on the ground which i thank him for. i then limp towards kakashi and stand in front of him, smiling softly. he cups my cheeks "what happened to you!? are you okay!?" he asks obviously worried, i nod. he gives me a confused look as he take off the patch on my eye and looks at the black eye. he looked pissed "did they do this to you?" he asks sternly, it kind of scared me a little. i smiled nervously and shaked my head, i walk up to the guy's and hug them to show kakashi they're my friends "then what happened?" he asks, i look up to itachi for him to explain, he looks at me and nods, he then looks at kakashi "the akatsuki leader pein did this to her" he says, i nod. kakashi now just looks worried but relieved "t-thank you itachi and...?" kakashi says "tobi" senpai says, i smile "right. well then, we must go back to the village and heal you up" kakashi tells me, i nod. i give the guy's one last hug before kakashi picks me up and jumps from tree to tree to take me to the village, i listened to his heart beat as i layed in his arms, causing me to fall asleep
