Epilogue

Third Person Perspective

It has been six months since the WWA tour and the One Direction boys, Arianna, and Alyssa were at a rental log cabin.

“Christmas Eve always seemed to be the boys’ favorite holiday,” Alyssa pointed out, taking out the warm, baked gingerbread men out of the stove to cool down.

“Remember when they had a Christmas-themed concert in April?” stated Arianna with a laugh, watching Alyssa place the cookies near them.

“Yeah, it was a bit immature, but I liked it,” remembered Aly, playing the Michael Buble Christmas album. It was always a great album to listen to in the holiday season. After selecting it in the iPod and placing it on the speaker, she turned around to see Ari already eating a gingerbread man.

“Dude, save some for the rest,” complained Alyssa, shifting the tray away from Arianna. Aly just couldn’t believe that the cookies cooled down so quickly.

“Hey, a pregnant woman has to eat, you know,” retorted Arianna, shifting next to the fireplace. It was true, Ari has been a few months pregnant and the doctor said that she would be eating more frequently.

Suddenly, the boys came back from the ice skating rink, laughing, saying things such as “That was so much fun.”

Niall walked over to Arianna, running his hand over her belly. “How’s our little boy doing?” Ari furrowed her eyebrows, saying “Boy?”

Niall shrugged his shoulders. “I dunno, but I hope it would be boy. I could name him Buford.”

“Ew, Buford?” said Arianna in disgust and giggled. Niall put his arm around Ari. “hey, boy or girl, I would love which ever one we get."

"Hey, could you help me with something outside?" asked Harry to Alyssa. "Um, okay." She wrapped a scarf around her neck and pulled the zipper up on her jacket that was adorned on her body. Once Aly opened the door, she saw her family there; her adopted family.

Even though they weren't blood related, she ran up to them with tears in her eyes and hugged them with genuine love. "I can't believe you're here!" exclaimed Alyssa happily, embracing each family member. "Christmas time is meant for family time together," reasoned her mother with a smile.

Twenty minutes of bonding together, Harry walks up to Aly and whispers into her ear, "Should we tell them the big news?" Alyssa returned the same smirk and then gestured everyone to sit down.

Even the boys and Arianna didn't know what was in store for the two people. "Here it goes; Alyssa and I are getting married," began Harry while holding Alyssa's hand. Everyone began cheering for the couple and standing up to hug the two.

An hour later, Alyssa noticed her brother, Hayden, walking out onto the balcony. Curiously, she followed her sibling outside. She bumped her elbow with his in a friendly way, smiling. "How are ya doing, buddy?" He immediately said, "I don't want you to get married." She blinked, trying to comprehend what he had just told her.

"What?" He faced her, tears threatening to spill from his eyes. "It's been a year since you left us for One Direction's tour. I don't want you to leave us forever because of some guy." She bent down to meet her brother's height.

"Oh you goob; I'm not leaving anyone. I don't think I can ever survive without you guys." She looked around to make sure no one was listening. "Besides, you don't know what torture is until you meet Harry."
