After the tests a nurse and I walk back to my room. I walk in to see Theo asleep on the couch, Maiah listening to music, and Shai in the bathroom.

I ask the nurse "Can I have an extra pillow and blanket?"

She nods and I walk over to my bed and lay down. Within seconds the nurse is back with pillow and blanket.

"Thank you." I say.

She nods and walks out the door. I stand up and walk over to Theo.

I lift his head and place the pillow then I lay the blanket across him. His eyes slowly open up.

"Sorry didn't mean to wake you." I say

"It's ok. " He opens his arms "C'mere."

I hug him, but he pulls me down by him. I snuggle up next to him. He kisses my forehead.

"I love you." I say

"I love you."

I feel safe close to him, I feel like I'm protected when I'm by Theo.

"Chloe?"

"Hmm?"

"Go to sleep."

"I'm fine."

"No your tired."

"Ok, but only for an hour."

"Alright."

I lay my head in his chest and fall asleep.

🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹

I wake up in the hospital bed with everyone one gone except Theo.

I move my side a little, and I feel a sharp pain.

I scream loud enough so a nurse or Theo can hear me.

He immediately jolts up.

"What's wrong."

I don't speak I just point to my side which is covered in blood. I scream again as his face turns white at the sight. He runs out the door. I feel like someone fucking stabbed me.

It feels like it's been hours when he finally comes back with a nurse.

"What's wrong." She asks

I scream again before I point to my side.

"Oh my." She runs out to get a doctor.

She immediately walks back in with a doctor by her side.

"Let me take a look." he says

He moves my hospital gown to look at my side. He study's it before saying "Well your stitch is open, so that's why your bleeding. But it also has a tiny infection. So we'll clean that up then stitch it back up."

I nod and ask "Will I be put under anesthesia?"

"Sorry dear I'm afraid not."

I clutch my side "Oh ok." I scream again

"Can I be in here with her?" Theo asks

"Of course." The nurse says

The doctor walks out of the room. But comes right back in with a couple more people by him and a tray of instruments.

I start to hyperventilate.

"It's ok." Theo says "Here hold my hand."

He extends his hand, I grab ahold of it and clutch onto it with all my might.

"Ow, Chloe they haven't even started."

I start to nod. I hear "Ok we are gonna start."

I feel sharp sting in my side, I squeeze Theos hand even harder.

"What are you doing to her?" he asks

"We are just cleaning it out." one of the male nurses replied.

"How bad does that hurt?" he irritatedly asks

"Not bad."

"Well does it hurt as bad as bones breaking? Cuz that's what she's doing right now."

"It does sting, but not so bad that she could break your bones. And besides I doubt a little lady like that could do any really damage."

"You don't live with her."

"Well Chloe your pain is almost over. We just have to stitch it up."

I nod. I see one of the nurses grab a cloth and hand it to Theo.

"Here your gonna need this." he says

Theo quickly wraps the cloth around his hand. "Thanks." he replies

I scream the loudest possible scream, I squeeze Theos hand for support. in look down at my side to see drying blood covering my stomach. I feel like I'm about to puke.

"Chloe. Chloe it's alright they're done stitching." Theo says

I realize I haven't stopped screaming. I slowly lower my voice.

"It's ok. I'm here, I'll always be here." he kisses my forehead. "I love you." and then gently kisses my lips.

"I love you too." I say "Why am I sleepy when they just restitched me?"

"Oh the doctor said something like how strong you were and didn't want you to hurt yourself trying to hurt something or someone. So he gave you like a liquid form of sleeping pills."

"What?! Who does he think I am. I bet he thinks I need anger management classes too." I sit up with clear annoyance on my face. "Owwww!" but I soon regret it with my side.

"Chloe lay back down and go to sleep. It'll be ok."
