Dear AskMysteryGirl,

Ever since my boyfriend went on a vacation with his family this summer, he hasn't really spent time with me anymore, and we used to go out all the time. It's been two weeks and he hasn't said that he loves me once, he used to say it everyday. I'm worried that maybe he met a girl while he was gone, but I don't want to be one of those girls that judge too quickly, I'm just worried. What should I do?

Dear WorriedGirlFriend,

You may be right to be honest, it sounds like he's hiding something from you, but it doesn't have to be bad, maybe he's surprising you with something? I'll tell you what, ask him to meet you somewhere to hang out. Don't say you want to talk with him, just hang out. If he says yes, ask him how his vacation was, if he's acting nervous, confront him. If he's chill about it, ask more questions, then ask him why he's being distant. If he doesn't want to hang with you, it's time to find a new boyfriend.

"Angelina! Are you awake!" I hear my mom shout through the house making me almost drop my laptop, as I place it on my desk.

"Yes mom!" I open my bedroom door and shout back.

"Jenn and Maia are coming up!"

"Okay!" I leave my door open and head to my closet, when I open it everything spills out at my feet.

"What a mess." Jenn goes straight to my bed and plops herself down. Maia takes a seat at my desk, but spins around facing me.

"I had Michael in here yesterday so I had to clear everything away." I step over my pile of clothes and shoes to reach for my pair of white skinnies. I also get red top to go under my black leather jacket.

"Who's Michael? " Maia folds her arms over the back of the chair.

"My friend, we are doing a project for school. He's coming over again today." I nearly trip over my pile of junk as I come out of my closet.

"Friend?" Jenn's eyes go wide.

"Yes, believe it or not, I'm taking what you said in the car into consideration, and he's actually pretty cool." I make a face at her.

"Why are you so surprised at her?" Maia seems totally lost.

"She thought he would be some creep." Jenn laughs.

"I didn't say that!" I argue.

"Can we save this argument for the car ride to the mall! I really want to go shopping." Maia rolls her eyes at us.

"Shopping? I thought we were going to school?" I stop looking for my shower things.

"You think I would be here if you were going to school?" She looks at me like I should know better.

"So let me get this straight, you guys came to get me, so it would seem like we are going to school, but we are really going shopping?" I point my shower gel bottle at them.

"Pretty much." They both answer.

"Now hurry up!" Jenn rushes me.

"I'll be ready in 20 minutes! I grab my change of clothes, a necklace, a few rings and bracelets, to finish my outfit. I run out of my room towards the washroom.

I walk into the kitchen to say bye to my mom but instead I see a note on the fridge, saying I left pancakes in the oven for you and Charlie, I'm off to work have fun at school, love mom.
