A/N Hey guys! I made two short chapters bc both of them together would be really long! I hope you enjoy them! Sorry for not updating that often, I haven't had the time to actually sit down and write! But I hope you love these two chapters! Xx
------------------
The fall of rain drops outside the window wakes me up, I slowly open my eyes, not realizing where I am. I sit up and look around remembering I fell asleep at Michael's house.
"Shit." I say under my breath. my mom is going to kill me.
"Look who finally woke up." I see Michael open the door with two mugs of coffee in his hands.
"What time is it?" I reach for the coffee and take a sip.
He takes a seat at his desk and clicks a button on his laptop so the screen would appear. "12:30." He turns and smiles.
I choke on my coffee, "What!" I scream. I quickly get up from his bed and put the mug on his desk.
"Why are you so jumpy?" He tries to hold in his laugh.
"We have school! That's why! I already skipped a day this week, my mom is going to murder me." I take my laptop and phone from off the floor and slip on my shoes.
"Your still going to go?" He gets up.
"Yah, I'll try to tell my teachers I had a family emergency or something."
"Okay, I'll walk you down."
"Your not coming?"
"No."
"Why not?" I fold my arms.
"Cause the day is halfway done, there's no point going now." He shrugs.
"Your coming." I throw him a random sweater from on top of his dresser.
He groans, "I don't want to go."
"Hurry up and put it on."
"I'm not going." He throws his sweater on the floor.
I roll my eyes, "Whatever, I'm doing you a favor." I start to walk out of his room. I head downstairs and open the front door to leave.
"Angelina!" I hear his calling me as I walk out.
"What?" I turn around halfway through the door.
"Tell me how school goes." He smiles.
"Screw you." I playfully push him. He catches my hand and pulls me towards his chest.
"I'll text you." He gives me a kiss.
"Ditcher." I stick my tongue out and walk into the rain, smiling like an idiot.
.....................
I run to my house to change and get something to eat. I see that both cars are gone from my driveway. Once I get to my door I remember I didn't bring my house key, I try to open the door but it's locked.
"Damn it!" I check my phone to see who messaged me. My mom sent me like a million messages wondering where I am, I finally see that she told me that she left the house keys in our mailbox.
"Thanks mom." I say as I reach into our mailbox and feel the keys in between my fingers. I take them out and unlock the door. I message back my mom and tell her I'm at school and I slept over at Jenn's. I hate lying but I want to live to see another day.
I close the door behind me and take off my shoes. I head upstairs to change from my wet clothes into something warm and dry.
As I enter into my room I see that the mess that I made was cleaned up and my mirror was fixed. I look at my messages again and see one from Charlie. He said he cleaned up my room so I owe him big time. I smile at my phone, I'm so lucky to have him aren't I.
