Days had passed of Chloe sobbing, her eyes becoming nearly permanently puffy, no eating and staring at Beca's number in her phone. She occasionally drank water but otherwise it was wine or beer. Or vodka. Or gin. Or any alcohol for that matter. She regretted telling Beca to get out. She lost the one person the loved the most but it was all a dare. So if it was a dare, did Beca ever love Chloe? The ginger would just sit in the bedroom smelling the last scent of Beca.

On the other hand, Beca was... distraught? Yes. Unhappy? Also yes. She tried to continue with the meeting she had with Justin Timberlake. On that note, the meeting went really well. She had booked a session in a studio to start producing with him. He agreed to let Beca do all of the producing and get the credit for writing the song but he would just sing it. As Beca's dream was to become a producer not a singer. With Beca staying at Stacie's house, she would call Chloe but cut off before she could pick up.

Lying across the bed, practically like a starfish, she looked at Chloe's contact. Pressing the call button, she placed the phone close to her ear. Beca expected Chloe not to pick up but as soon as she did, the brunette felt tears running off her chin. Listening to Chloe's mellow voice could make her tear up any day.

"Hey sexy, maybe you should come round. I would love it if you did. Get here quick, I'm waiting." Beca cocked an eyebrow. This time Chloe's mellow voice didn't come through the phone. It was a croaky voice.

"Chloe? Are you drunk? Oh god. I'm coming over don't move. Stay where you are." Beca quickly jumped off the bed and threw a pair of pants on and a flannel shirt. Pushing her phone into her back pocket, she pulled a leather jacket over her shoulders. Slamming the door and roaring the engine, she hurried over to her house.

Swinging the door open, she immediately started looking for Chloe. Running upstairs to find her singing with a bottle of Jack Daniels Whiskey in her hand. She took a swig of the bottle and turned around.

"Oh hey, you look like you need a little something. The bedroom is over there." Beca shook her head and stole the bottle from Chloe's hand. She placed it on the counter and started pushing Chloe into the bedroom. Fighting against her, she changed her into something more comfortable.

"Chloe. Stop it." Chloe pulled Beca on top of her and collided their lips. The brunette liked the fact that their lips were back together but this wasn't right. It shouldn't be done this way. Beca pulled back and buried Chloe with The duvet covers. "Go to sleep. Stop." Chloe huffed and turned on her side.

Beca used the switch and turned the light off, closing the door. She wondered downstairs and started to make herself comfortable on the sofa. Propping the pillows to make sure they were comfortable, pulling the blanket over her shoulders. Slowly but surely she drifted off into a light sleep.

Soft hums came from Beca's mouth. She lifted the coffee cup to her mouth and leant against the counter. Staring out do the window. Hearing the gentle footsteps behind her, she spoke up.

"Water is on the counter." Chloe rubbed her eyes and took a sip of water. "We need to talk."

"What happened? Was I drunk? What do we need to talk about? Kicking you out?" Beca cleared her throat and spun around to meet Chloe's eyes.

"Yes. It was a pathetic dare Chloe. And I love you so much. I would have kissed you even if there was no dare. I forgot about this stupid dare when I was with you. Because whenever we were together, I felt so at home. I don't want to fight about something like that. We are gonna right about how the dog died or how our children don't wanna go to college or-" Chloe cut her off.

"Children? Dog? You want to start a family? With me?" Beca looked down at the ground. She didn't want to seem needy but she really did want o start a family with Chloe.
