We wave goodbye, as we drop London off at her house. "Thanks again guys. Umm... text you later Michael." London shouts from her front steps. "Ok! Oh, and you can call me Mikey." Michael yells back excitedly. We dropped Libby off at her house a little bit ago. Now, the boys are driving Briar and me to their house.
We pull up to a huge beach house, overlooking the ocean. "Holy crap." I say in amazement. "Ha, you like it? The management rented it for us." Luke tells me. We walk into a large room with a 66' flat screen, and an expensive gaming system. "You guys are such dorks." I say pointing to the stacks of video games lining the wall. "I believe the word you meant to say was 'Talented'." Mikey shouts while trying to jump over the back of the couch. He lands on the floor with a loud thud. "Oh my gosh. Are you okay?" Briar and I ask rushing to his side. "Ha, don't worry he does that all of the time." Calum reassures us. Michael lets out a groan of pain.
"Well, let's continue our tour." Luke says, leading me around the corner into a huge kitchen. "This is where we get our fuel." He leads me around another corner. "And this is where we get our sleep." We walk past open doors. I glance into one of them. "Gross." I mutter under my breath. There are pizza boxes and dirty clothes scattered all around the room. "That's Calum's room. This is Ashton's." I peer inside. There are band posters covering every inch of wall, and a slight less amount of clothing on the floor. We move on. "This is Michael's. He kind of has OCD." "Ha, wow." I respond. His room is perfectly organized. "And last but not least, my room." He holds the door open.
The room has band posters, fan mail, and magazine articles pinned up on the walls. His room isn't too messy, it's actually really cool. "Nice." I lean closer to read some of the articles on the wall. There are an assortment of notes with the words 'You have changed my life in sooo many ways, Luke. I LOVE YOU!' and 'You guys have come so far. #bestbandeva'. I smile to myself. "I always choose my favorite notes and put them up on the wall. The rest are in a pile over there." Next to his computer is a really tall stack of envelopes. "How do you ever have enough time to read those?" I ask Luke. "Well, let's just say, you learn to read fast." His face is completely serious.
"Ok, enough of my room. Let's move on." He takes me outside to see their gigantic pool and hot tube. "I don't even have a blow up pool." I comment.
Finally, my tour ends and we go inside.
"What movie do you guys want to watch?" Calum asks Luke and me. "Nothing boring." Luke calmly states. "We should watch something funny." I respond. "Yay! I like her." Ashton jumps up and down, while giggling. After debating for a few minutes, we end up watching Pitch Perfect. I sit between Luke and Ashton.
About halfway through the movie we are all on the floor laughing, and dancing.
"So, I put my hands up, they play my song. The butterflies fly away." We sing. Michael throws a handful of popcorn at Calum, who hits him with a pillow and screams. We throw popcorn all over the room, and attack each other with pillows and blankets.
I laugh as I hit Ashton right in the face. "Oh, I'm going to get you!" He yells back. He chases me into a corner. "Help me, he's gonna eat me!" I shout over the noise. "I'll save you!" Luke says in a superhero voice. He squats down. I jump onto his back. "That's so not fair, Luke's a giant." Ashton whines. He chases us outside. I scream as we have no choice, but to escape into the pool. Luke jumps and I hold unto his shoulders. Ashton jumps in after us.
Luke is so cute. He smiles at me underwater. We both resurface. "Ha, sorry but I had no choice." "Whatever." I splash him in the face.
"Pool party at midnight!" Calum screams as he, Mikey, and Briar jump in. My clothes are so soaked, and my hair is ruined. I laugh, anyway.
"I remember the makeup running down your face." Luke points at my face, which has makeup smeared everywhere. He sings while handing me a towel. I playfully punch him in the shoulder. I shout at Michael to get out of the pool. He pouts at me, but finally agrees. The rest of us dry off.
"Well, I guess I should probably take you home, or your parents are going to think I'm a bad boy." Luke tells me with a wink. "Ha yeah, you a bad boy." I laugh at him. "Why does everyone say that?" He frowns at me. "Probably because of your Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle obsession." I reply with a grin. "Wait are you trying to tell me that that's not normal for an eighteen year-old boy?" He asks incredulously. "Exactly."
I wave goodbye to the boys and Briar, who Ash is taking home. "Group hug." Mikey shouts. Everyone tackles me with hugs. "I- can't- breathe." I try to say. My ribs are being crushed. Finally the hug ends. "I'm pretty sure this is going to be the best tour ever, with these guys." Ash nods to Briar and me. "It sure is." I think to myself.
Luke gets in the drivers side. "You better not kill us, ok." I tease him, as we pull out. "I won't, I promise you." He smiles at me.
'Tee Shirt' by Birdy comes on the radio. "I love this song." I exclaim singing along. "It's really pretty." He agrees. He glances at me. "I know, cuz I've spent half this morning, thinking about the tee shirt you sleep in." I sing. "You sing really good. We should do some covers together." He tells me. "That would be really fun." I respond.
We pull up to my house. "Thanks, so much for tonight. It was a blast, and thanks sooo much for the guitar." I smile at him. "I'll walk you up to the door." He comes around to my side and opens the car door for me. We reach my home. "Today was really fun. Hopefully we can do it again, before we get to busy." He looks into my eyes. His little dimple shows and I almost die. He's so tall, though. I begin opening the door. "Goodnight." I turn around, and kiss him on the cheek. He blushes a little. "Goodnight, beautiful." He responds.
I run up to my room and watch him get into his car. He smiles really big, and turns the radio up. I flop onto my bed. Did that seriously just happen? I sigh.
