Alexis's POV
I gazed at his leaving figure for a while. He was looking at the ground, hands in his pockets and I can’t deny, he looked hot. I smiled at myself before entering the house.
Immediately, the smell of roast chicken wafted to my nose. Walking into the kitchen, I saw Mum adding finishing touches to her chicken. She always makes the best chicken. Then, as Mum turned away from the kitchen, Alex crept out of nowhere and in an attempt, tried to maybe get a bite off the chicken.
Slapping him in the hand, Alex looked at me for a while. “Ow ok ok I will not eat it.��?He frowned at me before walking off. Actually my twin brother looks handsome, no wonder so many girls always crowd around him. And his six packs no wonder. But I’m his sister and I only love him as my brother.
Then I remembered. The letter. Ooo yes. Climbing up the stairs to my room, I took out the yellow piece of paper that Benjamin gave to me. It wasn’t really a card, it just looked like one. There wasn’t any sort of decoration, just the message inside.
Aww why would he want to give me this?
Casually opening the letter, I read its contents.
Alexis,
Must be odd for me to give you a card, you know, by Benjamin. ._. I want to tell you something and since I’m not good with words while talking, hence the letter.
In my eyes, you’re so pretty, cute, innocent and you just make me want to kiss you whenever I see you.
Now you should know where this is going.
Alexis, I like you, can you be mine?
I know that was very straightforward, but I don’t know how else to say it. Alexis, I really like you. Well, you can throw this away whatsoever or you can accept it, it’s your choice.
