Chapter 10: Traitor

Millie's POV:
After the party that day,I found out that Audrey ran away with Ava. I tried looking for them but it was as if they never existed. I kept on trying but the result was still the same. Then I remembered that when we were younger,Audrey was the queen of disguise, she'd travel and my Mum would try to find her all to no avail. It was later found out that she was gifted in the art of cloaking.
"Bitch!!!".I said.
" Any progress yet?" He asked.
"She used a cloaking spell,its impossible to find her" I said to him.
"Try harder!!,channel my powers" he said.
"Sure,I'll try" I said and held his hands as we chanted together
"de lokaasje dy't ik fine moat, lit my sjen"
We kept on chanting,but there was no sign of either Ava or Audrey.
We later broke the channel after minutes of trying. I was exhausted.
"She grew smarter!" I said
"You must find her,at all cost" he said.
"I'll do anything for you" I said.
"Name Audrey and Ava as traitors of this great coven" He said.
"That's too harsh, if I do that,they will be banned from all nine covens forever" I said.
"They already choose this to happen to them,when she refused you" He said.
"What do I tell them?" I asked.
"Anything" he said and disappeared.
"Asshole!" I muttered to myself.

"Witches of this great coven, I know you might be wondering why I summoned you a week after the Witch's day. I summoned you here because we are in great danger!. Two witch's left on that day,after promising me that our coven will know no peace" I heard murmurs from the crowd. Then I continued "Ava Jenner and Audrey Jenner are traitors to this great coven" I heard "ahhs" and "ohhs" and other murmurs from the crowd. I then continued speaking "The ancestors revealed to me that Audrey Jenner is a great threat to this great coven. The ancestors revealed to me that they are plotting great evil to this coven. With the power vested in me as regent of this great coven, I hereby declare Audrey Jenner and Ava Jenner traitors. They are banned from coming to this great coven. Anyone with any idea of where they might be should come see me. Anyone harbouring them should be considered traitors and as such would be punished. Any sight of them should be reported to me immediately as they are considered dangerous and are practicing dark magic" I said and left.

I sat down to think of where Audrey might've gone. I then remembered our family house in Quebec,but Audrey wouldn't be foolish enough to go there. I have to think like Audrey now. Of all my sisters, Audrey was the smartest.
"Dammed bitch" I said and I felt someone's presence with me.
"Nèmbongkeun diri" I said and I saw him smiling.
"Have you found her?" He asked.
"Quebec city" I said
"She is smart,let's teleport there" he said.
"Sure,that crazy bitch" I said as we held hands and teleport. I found myself in front of our old house,my family's house.
We stood in front of the house for almost two hours,when we saw Ava coming from afar. She was already close to the house.
"What will you do?" He asked.
"Watch and see" I said and smiled. I did a few magic tricks I learnt. In a twinkle of an eye I transformed to someone else, a teenager but I was still invisible then I quickly walked to the front of the house and made myself visible. It took a while for Ava to reach and when she saw me,she looked surprised.

"Hey!,excuse me,do you live here?" I asked and she didn't answer she was just staring at me.
"Oh,I'm sorry, I'm Ava and you are?" I asked again and that was when she regained herself. She looked at me and smiled "I'm Alice".
So she changed her name huh.
" I saw a woman in there,is she your Mom?" I said smiling.
"She's my Aunt" she said.

"Actually I came to look for my Aunt,but I think I'm lost" I said.
"Ohhh, you can ask people down the street,I'm also new here" she said,pointing towards the street she just passed.
  I smiled and fell down, it was intentional. She hurriedly bent down and took my leg "are you okay?" She asked.
  "Yeah!,I'm fine" I said and held her hands,it was an act I used to enter her head.
I found out that Audrey changed her name to Phoebe and that Ava now attends Quebec college.
  It seemed like she knew what I did. I could see her startled face as she got up and waved me goodbye before going inside. I then walked down the street until I was sure she wouldn't see me,before I transformed to my normal self. I then became invisible.
  "So what did you see?" He asked.
  "Her name is Alice ,Alice Tonsin and Audrey is Phoebe tonsin. Ava is protected by a spell,no witch could be able to harm her,I suppose that was Audrey's work. Ava attends Quebec college and looks like she found someone She'll love, a boy called Tim" I said.
  "Things just got more complicated" He said.
  "The weapon is here" I said.
  "So is He" he said.
    "The prophecy is coming true,the only way to prevent it is to kill Audrey" I said.
   "We must prevent it at all cost" He said.
  We disappeared back to the coven and he left,then I started pondering over how to kill Audrey and prevent the prophecy.
