I HAD TO BE HONEST, OLYMPIAN BEDS WERE OBVIOUSLY NOT MEANT FOR COMFORT. For one thing, I felt like I was sleeping on a pile of rocks. I guess gods didn't need to sleep. Ugh, how many more times was I going to toss and turn? That's it! I had it! I slapped myself asleep. A cold breeze whispered into my ear as I woke.

Apollo smiled. "Alright, I want to show you something, come on I promise I won't hurt you," I was hesitant whether to follow him and possibly never see the light of day again.

I followed the Sun God down the hall. He led me into a large room with solar designs all over the place. I gasped. "This is your room?!? Apollo nodded. It was extravagant and well...godly. The walls looked like they emulated the position of the sun. They were a mix of orange and red like the sky at dawn. Apollo motioned for me to follow him to the back of the room. Something glittered on the table.

He handed it to me. "It was your mother's, who got it from her mother. I want you to have it," I glanced at it. It was pink rimed and incrusted with rubies and diamonds. Aphrodite must have loved this one, seeing her grandson pick up her special mirror.

"What is it for?" I asked.

Apollo smiled. "Simple. See for yourself," I pulled the mirror closer to my face and looked into it. An image formed. I saw myself fighting off someone in fist to fist combat. Bolts of solar energy were coming down. It looked like I was in some sort of gladiator arena.

"I...don't understand," The God peered over me and spoke up. "The mirror can show many different outcomes of a situation. What could or couldn't happen. For you, it is displaying whatever problem is in your Mortal brain,"

My breath turned icy. I hoped Apollo couldn't tell that I saw him in it. "Thank you," I muttered and put the mirror into my back pocket.

He grinned playfully as the sun started rising. "Well Chase, I have to go rise the Sun, or else my sister Artemis is going to get mad. See you soon buddy," And Apollo vanished just like that.

I decided to run back down the hall looking for the room I had slept in. As I got into the room I felt something in my pocket that wasn't there before, I reached down inside and pulled out another crumpled up looking document, one very similar to the one in Grayson's bunker:

April 4th, 2017

Subject: Chase Grace

Age: 16

Weight: 130

Height: 5'11-6'1

Gender: Male

Diagnostic:

Subject appears to suffer from intense night terrors and feelings superiority. Seems difficult to manipulate. Strange connection to the Sun, not sure why.

Notes:

Must proceed with extreme caution. Cannot let Grayson know what is happening. Could get caught, don't have much time. They will come soon enough.

An uncomfortable wave of nausea filled my body, this was about me. I decided I need to get Blake up. I saw him lying down peacefully but decided to yank him up. "Blake!" I nudged his shoulder. "Wake up; we need to get out of here!"

Blake groaned and tossed his arms up in the air. "I'm sleepy, hey! What's that?" He yanked the document out of my hand before I had the chance to speak. "Whoa, no freaking way? This document is by that doctor Grayson fired!"

I gulped. "That's not the worst part, he...was observing me,"

Blake paled and handed me back the document. "These little notes we keep finding are really starting to freak me out...like seriously Chase, who knows what we will find next? What did the dude mean by they will come?"

I tried to stay calm, but could feel anxiety begin to overtake me. "I don't know, but when we get to the bottom of this so help me..."

He yawned. "I'm going back to sleep,"

I laughed. "Yeah that's great, now get up!" I yanked him by the arm out of bed and swung my backpack around my back.

Blake looked confusingly at me. He knew what was coming. "So uh...how do you plan on getting us out of here? Besides I don't see a problem with—!"

"We're jumping. Come on bud; let's try not to get pancaked,"
