SOARING THROUGH THE SKY WAS FUN. Sure, it had its downsides such as being flung 200 MPH by a bag of wind, but hey; that's Demigod life for you. When I finally stopped throwing up and recovered, I landed properly on Mount Diablo. I gazed up ahead and saw a massive Greek palace made from gold and flawless marble. The Sun shined brightly over it and it caused me to squint. I thought about Zephyrus and how he fought with Apollo over someone... I turned to see Grayson. "Are you ok...?" I asked. "OH MY GOD GRAYSON ITS YOU!"

I hugged my Grandfather as hard as I could. I forgot how much I missed him.

He answered with a shrug and backed down. "Let's just focus on the present, we can do the family reunion stuff later," He pointed ahead. "There it is. The Palace of the Sun,"

When we stopped in front of the massive golden stairs of the place, Grayson pulled out a file. "I want you to have this,"

I looked down at the file and pulled out a small beige document. "What is it?"

Grayson locked eyes with me and sighed. "It's a file on Apollo I had my head doctor draft. I just wanted you to have it before you charge into a fight with him...maybe it will help,"

I put the document away for the moment and continued listening to my Grandfather. "It's not much but it will have to do—!"

I felt something heavy fall in my pocket, I didn't know why I hadn't noticed it before, but I pulled it out of my pocket. I examined the object closely, it was a small stone. When I went to go tap it, it expanded and turned into a Golden laurel. What is this? I looked into the etching on the leaves and paled: The Grace Relic.

Grayson turned to me. "My temporal relocation device did it, the Grayson 1400-Machine allowed me to retrieve the Grace Relic from its state in prehistoric God history, our ancestor Andromeda used this to unite all of the old world,"

I quickly placed the laurel onto my head, a violent sensation overtook my body before I let out a yelp. I felt a surge in energy like I was hooked up to a car battery, all of my senses enhanced and I didn't feel so exhausted or hungry anymore. I remembered what she had said about it enhancing those with a pure heart. I refused to believe my heart wasn't pure, however sometimes I didn't always show that. My eyes adjusted to the bright light and I began making my way up Apollo's palace. This is going to end for good, once and for all. I refused to allow the situation to stall out any longer, Zeus was rescued; and now it was up to me to save my friends and end the day.

I turned to Grayson. "Are you coming?" My Grandfather took a step forward and was brutally shocked by a yellow force, his body was flung backwards and landed with a thud on the central staircase.

"Can't...cross," He choked before regaining his breath. "Apollo wants to face you one on one, there's nothing...I can do Chase,"

I pulled my Grandfather in for a hug. "Whatever happens, I want you to know I love you and Mom,"

A small smile formed on Grayson's lips. "You won't have to worry about that, I know you're going to win Chase. You're a hero, you saved Zeus; saved your mother; and set me free in the process. If anyone can stop Apollo now, you can, don't forget that,"

I couldn't help but laugh. "You make me laugh bud, when we get home we have a lot of catching up to do,"

Grayson shooed me away. "I'm not your peer,"

I stopped at the stairs. "How will you get out of here?"

He pointed to a device on his wrist. "I think the Grayson 1400 has some juice still left in it, I'll be back at the manor with your Mom, now go on get Apollo and show him what the most powerful Grace family member can do," With that I waved goodbye to my Grandfather and proceeded on.
