"...but what makes you think she'll still love me?"

we had come to a cafe to talk, i texted yoongi to come here after basketball practice...i just needed to catch up with yeongso.

"you two didn't even break up because you didn't love each other anymore...you only broke up because you had to move away and a long distance relationship was too hard for you both" i explained.

"it's been thirteen months, jimin. she'll have forgotten about me" he sighed and rubbed his arm.

i shook my head "no, you did so much for us both yeongso...you were like my big brother and mijeong loved you so much" i said "please try...i'm really worried about her"

his eyes travelled up to me "fine" he sighed "where are you setting up this date?"

i smiled "um tomorrow...i'll text you where and what time".

he nodded, a small smile on his face "can't wait" he stated and looked down.

i moved my head down and tried to look at his eyes "do you miss her?" i asked.

he bit his lip and nodded "of course i do jimin...i'm not terribly missing her but—i love her" he said "i always have...even when she was dating the dickhead"

i scoffed "ugh...i don't know what anyone saw in him"

we chuckled. "i just want my sister to be happy...and she was with you so i hope this will go well" i spoke.

yeongso nodded "i hope so too, jimin".

"why don't you try this on" jungkook said, holding a blue coloured swimsuit.

mijeong furrowed her eyebrows "jungkook that's a swimsuit"

"i know, i'm not dumb"

"then why should i try on a swimsuit?"

he smiled "to show your handsome boyfriend how gorgeous you look in it" he said.

mijeong chuckled and playfully hit his shoulder "put it back"

jungkook playfully pouted and put the swimsuit back.

while mijeong was looking through more clothes, jungkook put his hands in his pocket and pursed his lips as he followed behind her.

"baby, can i hold your hand?" jungkook said in a cute tone.

mijeong turned her head and looked at him "you don't have to ask to hold my hand" she said, taking his hand in hers.

jungkook smiled widely and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek.

"can we go eat soon? please." jungkook spoke.

mijeong nodded "sure...let's go"

they paid for the stuff they had picked out and then left that shop, walking down to the nearest restaurant.

yoongi and jimin got home. jimin was so happy yeongso is agreeing to go on a date with mijeong.

"who was that you were with?" yoongi asked as they sat down on jimin's bed.

"oh um" jimin chuckled "my sisters ex"

yoongi's eyebrows immediately furrowed "what?"

"i'm going to get them back together, isn't that cute baby" jimin grinned.

yoongi gulped "sure" he said.

"they were together for just over a year, if i remember correctly" jimin spoke "he really took care of us after our parents died, so i'm so glad he has moved back and is willing to get back together with mijeong"

"what makes you think mijeong is going to agree" yoongi stated and jimin snuggled more into his side.

"she loved him...he was her first love she told me, they were best friends before they got together too. and anyway no one forgets their first love." jimin replied.

yoongi bit his lip "i don't think she'll agree jimin" he said.

jimin pouted "what? of course she will. mijeong and yeongso are soulmates, yoongi...trust me, i'll lock her in a room with him until she admits that she still loves him."

yoongi closed his eyes and sighed "what happened to the whole 'i think mijeong has a boyfriend' thing...what is she does have a boyfriend?"

"she doesn't...she would tell me if she had a boyfriend, babe" jimin explained.

"shouldn't you just let her be and if she wants to get back into contact with yeongso, then she would-"

"yoongi, you're acting like you're dating her or something" jimin said "...you're not are you-"

"no...i'm with you jimin" yoongi interrupted "it's just—she's twenty one and she can do what she wants"

jimin shrugged "she's my sister yoongi... my only family left" he said "i just want her to be happy and i love her so much"

yoongi stroked the youngers hair "i know you love her, baby...but when it comes to peoples love life, just let them do what they want"

jimin lifted his head and rested it on yoongi's chest, looking up at him. "please let me try get them back together...i know it will work"

yoongi sighed, he couldn't say no to such a cute face. "fine.." he exhaled.

jimin grinned and pecked yoongi's lips. yoongi regretted saying fine instantly, but he shouldn't be involved in mijeong's and jungkook's relationship anyway, right?
