one night when jimin's best friend jungkook stayed over he made confession to mijeong...he'd never kissed anyone before.

"she'll be here any second so can you..."
hoseok helped jungkook by pulling taehyung away "come on, tae. we aren't going to ruin it for him" hoseok said.
"oh are you jealous?" taehyung smirked.
hoseok rolled his eyes "no, i'm not-"
"you are" taehyung giggles and kissed his boyfriends cheek.
"i'm not jealous over you huggin-"
"guys! can you please go, she'll be here any second" jungkook spoke and the two quickly stopped arguing and nodded.
they left and jungkook turned back to the scene the three had just created.
he kept muttering to himself to stop being nervous, while constantly moving around the candles and making sure the dinner he had made was set down perfectly.
jungkook didn't want to mess this up.
it wasn't long before he heard a knock at the door, and his heart suddenly started beating faster then before.
he ran to the door and quickly opened it. mijeong was stood there with a smile on her face, like always.
"hey" jungkook said and took her hand, pulling her in.
"i found it cute that you were missing me after 6 hours of being apart" mijeong smiled as jungkook shut the door.
he turned to her and hugged her "how can i not miss you" he said.
she wrapped her arms around him too and kissed the side of his head.
"i've done something for you, baby" jungkook spoke, breaking the hug.
she looked at him and raised her eyebrows "oh really?" she giggled "what is it?"
he held her hand and lead her to the next room, where the set up of dinner was.
"aww kookie"
"d-do you like it?" he asked, biting his lip due to being nervous.
"i love it...you didn't have to do all of this" she replied which he smiled at.

while eating dinner, the two were telling each other funny stories, flirting and just talking enjoying each other's company.
there was a few moments when jungkook kept zoning out because he's so nervous.
once they had finished and cleaned up, jungkook took mijeong into the living room which he had also decorated slightly.
the younger stopped and turned to her, making her blink a couple of times because of the sudden action.
"u-um..i...i've been" his eyes were looking at the floor, which he had told himself beforehand not to do.
"what is it jungkook?" mijeong asked.
he blinked a few times before lifting his head "i-i..." he gulped.
mijeong had her eyebrows furrowed and she looked concerned. "what's wrong?" she asked again.
he licked his lips and looked at her "i want y-you to teach m-me something..."
the elder giggled a little "teach you something?"
jungkook couldn't help but smile and nod.
"okay...what do you want me to teach you?"
"how to be the perfect husband for you"
